Great location next to the train station and steps from the Royal Mile. Room was clean and modern. staff friendly. would stay here again.
Excellent location. Easy access to everything - shopping, dining, parks, public transportation. Would definitely return to this hotel in beautiful Edinburgh.
A great central location to many Edinburgh sites. We really enjoyed our stay.
I thought the location was excellent and they had off street parking the girl in check on was extremely pleasant and because our room wasn’t ready on time she gave us 2 beverages for the inconvenience which was only a few moments but the women in the bar was very unfriendly all in all rooms were ...
very nice hotel, near everything, it is in the middle of Old town a New Town. Many restauarants and shops.
The location was close to everything in old town including the castle.
My daughter and I were on a mother and daughter trip to Scotland and we stayed a total of 4 nights at the Scotsman Hotel and were very happy with the accommodations and the service there. I will definitely stay there again when planning another trip to Edinburgh!
Helpful, friendly staff. Food was excels t with a varied selection.
Stunning facility and extremely attentive and well trained staff. The only minor criticism re: room is that the window shades were tattered with holes in a few spots. Would think hotel at this level would have them replaced.
