“Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when……

“Bathroom and room were both very clean, check in with using a third party app was super easy, I dont even think it took a whole minute to get my keys and check in. They even had parking available for my semi truck with a 53' trailer included. Hotel was right off I24. Definitely will stay there again if im in the area!”

“ It bothered us the nonsmoking room we were to have, had obviously been smoked in by someone previously! And the floor felt sticky, as if it hadn't been washed. Would've been nice to have a couple more options on the breakfast bar. ”
