"For being an older converted hotel in a small town where mediocre is probably accepted by travelers, the staff and management of this hotel clearly take great pride and care in designing and maintaining this property. Rooms were clean, the lobby was clearly lovingly put together, and amenities were conveniently located."

"This is an old roadside motel and it shows all the signs of age. Anyway you have a good, clean bed and a place to stay. The guy ay front desk was very helpful with local info and they also provided a minimal kind of breakfast. I can't say any bad word about this place because my stay here was a positive experience."

"The house was really cute and lived up to its name. They thought of everything you might need. Nice little extra touches all around. Small snacks, flavored coffee, toothbrush and paste just in case you forgot. Would definitely stop here again. We were only passing through, but the town looked like it could be fun to explore."

"If you want to feel like you’re staying at your best friends home, stay here! The thoughtful amenities were top notch, everything you could need and more! I won’t spoil the surprise of the extraordinary things you’ll find, you’ll have to see for yourself and you’ll be delighted! The communication was excellent and so helpful as I was driving a long distance with spotty cell service. Everything was so cozy and charming…"

"We were back in town for dad's celebration of life, we wanted something more then just a motel with one or 2 chairs and beds! Our stay was perfect, it was a home away from home for us!we were able to relax as well as have family and friends stop by to visit, we would recommend this cozy place again and again, we also feel good about knowing we have a place that feels like home when we go back to burns/hines to visit..also want to say that although I see they allow fur baby's, you wouldn't know this by smell!we left ours at home, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no sign or smell of any critters before us..that's a big plus for us,because most places that allow pets,..you definitely know it by the smell..not this one! Thank you for a wonderful stay during a hard time!"
