The front desk was friendly at check in but that was the only positive about my visit. I was in a pet room that had damage from prior guests' dogs. The room smelled of smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet above was leaking. The inside door handle was missing a screw and fell off the first time I went outside. I saw a man urinating outside. The guests two doors down from my room had a dog tied to the outside door handle of their room. They were with the dog, but his tie out rope almost reached my door. I was very uncomfortable at this hotel.

We got in late, and the person that checked us in ignored me for a very long time- even though he did not appear to be busy. Our room smelled bad, as if someone had smoked in it. Half the lights were broken, and there was not a shower curtain. Pretty terrible experience. Plus the rate was over $200. Crazy!!

I know it’s like a last minute booking, but they said double rooms are not available and only single bed rooms are there to occupy. I asked them why did they allow booking. They replied they’ll work out on full refund. But that’s at 1:00 am! So had to take because of no choice.

The view of the property is okay, but the property needs a total rehab. It seems the owner is not spending money on the property to keep it up to quality hotel. There are Bee Hives on the wall by the stairs, the hallway is not neat, the wall painting in the lobby looks like the wallpaper was repainted instead of replacing it with new walls. The hotel can surely use a total rehabilitation. The quality of the hotel does not meet the standards of a nice hotel.

They put me in a back room. There appeared to be people living in rooms back there with the smell of marijuana in the air. My room had a tile floor that was sort of grimy. The room smelled of old cigarettes. There was a weird oil stain on one of the pillow cases.. The air conditioner didn't work very well. It took all night to get cool.
