As advertised I rented a luxurious apartment, the reality it was an ordinary apartment in a luxurious location. Everything in the apartment is old, all TVs are SD and don’t accept HD quality. The living room couches are old. The air conditioning system doesn’t have support for 1,2,3 fan speed, it’s either very high cold or off. The dangerous thing was the spider webs in almost all corners of the apartment and when asked for cleaning this problem a cleaning team was sent and cleaned the appointment again and left the webs as are. I complained again but no help. Overall my stay was unsatisfactory and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Call ahead during business hours.

Everything was great. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The only caveat would be to call ahead of check in if you plan on arriving late at night to get your unit number and instructions to gain access to the unit. The office was closed when we arrived at 10:30pm and had no idea where to go. We had to call the after hours line and wait for a response. Check your emails before arriving. The email we received had the code to unlock the unit but did not include the unit number or vice versa. We only had half of the pertinent information, so call ahead to confirm all information. Overall my family was happy with the accommodations.

Perfect place. Poor customer service.

This is the perfect place to stay if you like space and comfort. For roughly 200/day, you get 2 bedrooms, HD Tv, garage, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a cute community. The price for what you get in return is fantastic. Customer service was horrible. They mishandled a problem I had. It was so badly mishandled, that it would be hard for me to ever stay there again despite all the positives.
