Hotel was clean and staff was great. My only “complaints” are that there was no table next to the bed to put my phone and water bottle on, there no alarm clock and n the room, there was no phone in the room which I thought was a little bit of a security concern and the door was smaller than the opening so it closed and locked but let in a lot of light from the hallway.
Rooms and all other areas of hotel newly renovated. Very clean, quiet, and updated. There is still some construction going on m-f. We were there over a weekend, so that did not impact us. We stayed on the side of building away from I-95.

BUT, THE BATH ROOM - PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER

The hallway just off the front desk all the way to the elevator was under construction. There was no floor, just a very uneven, rough concrete, and there was a bad smell along there and in the elevator. The luggage carts, only 2, were in poor condition. Overall, too expensive considering everything.

Decent hotel for the price. The room was renovated. They were updating the first floor. The pool was safe though I was a lil paranoid about other posts. There was hot bfast and a waffle makers.

Dear Eric;We do apologize for the charge of Pet fee, but it is to for deep cleaning of the room.- We remove all bedding, including bedspreads, etc and have them cleaned.-We shampoo the carpets to remove any pet dander that might be a cause for allergic reaction in others.
No receipt and overcharges on payment after trip, no one answers the phone even midday/midweek. Hotel is not in busy area where it’s always busy; have to keep calling to find out what these charges are.

Looks recently updated, very nice and clean. Front desk person was very pleasant and I was checked in quickly with no issues. Room was nice.
Bed was firm but pillows and bedding was nice.
Only issue was housekeeping shouting right by my door starting at 8am when we had hoped to sleep in as we got in late from an event. It was excessive amount of yelling to do where people sleep.

Nice hotel. Very clean, easy to get to and convenient. Road noise is a bit of an issue since some rooms are only about 100 feet from one of the country's busiest interstates (I95). I always bring ear plugs, so it was no issue for me; but it is worth letting people know about. Otherwise, a good place to stay. I would stay again.

Expidia deceived me.
I didn't get to this hotel.
When I booked the hotel, I accidentally entered the wrong date.
I immediately wrote to you with a request to change the date.
You said: No problem. Let's do it now.
And they did nothing. I called the hotel and they said you didn't even contact them.
Therefore, I ask you to return my money in the amount of $ 191
Otherwise, I will refuse your services after 15 years.
