Rooms were basic and blain. We were first assigned a L-shaped room where the blind wouldn't close. We tried and call the front desk, after some back-n-forth, the front desk person offered to "show" us how to close the blink, only to confirm that it doesn't close. Then we got reassigned to another room that's on the side of the main road. Traffic noise turned out to be an issue. We could hear the traffic starting 5am-ish and woke us up. Overall not a good experience.

Front desk checkin was great Room was bigger than expected TOILET DID NOT WORK They had no one to fix it and we were checking out in the morning, tired already unpacked and didn’t want to change rooms Finally they gave us key to another room to use restroom 😜 Front desk was helpful but the fact that they gave us a room with no working toilet and no plunger was not good

Excellent Choice
Felt like a “new” hotel, although I know it’s not brand new. Very clean and quiet. Friendly service from the people at check in - at the beginning and during my stay. Would highly recommend.

I booked through a 3rd party, and already prepaid for the room. Upon check in, the man at the front desk apparently accidentally charged me for a second time for the room or a $128. He said it was pending, and he cancelled it and it would clear in a day or two. Well, it didn’t. It charged me for the room, and I have even calling every day since and they keep telling me to call back to get my refund when the “manager is in.” This place isn’t Hilton quality. Steer clear.

The hotel was very nice and very accessible to everything. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The vent in the bathroom was dirty and wish that it could have been cleaned since the vent is in eye view. I will say I put comfort as pleasant and not excellent because the people next door kept screaming and banging for an hour starting at 330 am and started again at 715 this morning. However that wasn't the hotel's fault.
