I booked through a 3rd party, and already prepaid for the room. Upon check in, the man at the front desk apparently accidentally charged me for a second time for the room or a $128. He said it was pending, and he cancelled it and it would clear in a day or two. Well, it didn’t. It charged me for the room, and I have even calling every day since and they keep telling me to call back to get my refund when the “manager is in.” This place isn’t Hilton quality. Steer clear.
