The room was great. The lounge was ok. The breakfast area was frustrating, and I felt unwanted, and had to convince the manager that breakfast had been included in my booking.

Expensive hotel with cheap walls

We could hear a couple making out next door. My kids were concerned about what was going on. They should put thicker walls. We also have some issues with the TV. After two phone calls to the reception and one hour later they finally fixed it. Other than that, room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay

Always amazing. We are pretty much regulars now coming 3-4 times a year and this last time we didn't even have plans. Just came to get away to the Hyatt and swim in the pool.

Pros: Location and service
Cons: Television was not working part of the time.
Location: Activities at Princeton
Great experience overall. Very good customer service.

good except breakfast

Pros: room
The manager at breakfast was extremely incapable and rude. I was standing there for 5 minutes to be seated. It was not busy. He saw me but continued to ignore me, so I went in and tried to sit down. He stopped me. So I said "can I sit anywhere ?" He said "no" and tried to walk off. I said "where can I sit ?" Then he sat us finally. He was continuously harassing the waiting staff. They're good job by the way. The manager was micro-managing.

Pros: comfort, great staff
Cons: the smell on the 1st floor of the elevator, limited food variety.
It was very pleasant to have staff speaking Chinese . She is very nice and warm.
