Every staff member we encountered — from middle-of-the-night check-in gentleman (I didn’t catch his name, but he was on in wee hours of 2/24) to Carolyne at check-out — was helpful and courteous and attuned to our needs. PLEASE RETHINK the policy of putting room number on the car-parking badge on dashboard. Huge safety issue (which we will strongly oppose when we return at the end of May to this property)

The room itself needs to be updated. I was in room #1031 the vents are rusting, paint is chipping in the kitchen area and the bathroom. Finally at check-in I was told there would be a parking fee. I called to ask why I was charged $5.33 and the front desk then told me that because I wasn’t a long staying customer I’m charged to park.

It was a very noisy, busy motel. People were screaming at all hours of the night. Constant people coming and going to all different rooms. It was like it was a party going on. I had to walk over multiple people sitting and smoking on the stairs, I entered the room and it was filthy. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere

We have stayed here several times before and the hotel always looked in very very good condition. This last stay showed sign it was not being taken care of properly. Several issues with the room and the grounds.
