Everything was good except for the hot water in the bathroom. You have to wait around 10 to 15 minutes so the water turns warm.

Been there last week September. Centrally located, 5 min to subway, 10-15 walk to neverending restaurants. We were at 3rd floor. Arrived early morning and stored luggages there till early afternoon check-in. European style somehow smaller but sufficient room size with extra seater, good for two, maybe three. Bathroom nice with daily seems meticulous cleaning. Quiet location with double windows. Staff speak very well english, are helpful and smiling! Breakfast sufficient with much wider selection compared to a 2 or 3 star US location. Location I would strongly consider to come back in the future.

The AC did not work properly and it had never cold the room. The staff is so friendly. The room only had 2 towels.

Very small but clean rooms at affordable prices. Great quiet location, short walk to restaurants and shopping. Almost everywhere in Lisbon is a hike including going uphill to the property.

A Very Good Deal for the Money
This hotel is a good deal for the money. Our 7th floor room was small but clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The elevators were old but very efficient. The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. We paid extra for the delicious breakfast and were very pleased that they served until noon. The location is very good. We will stay there again.

We had a good overall stay. Was not really walkable to places we wanted to see but we still did the walks. The hotel met our needs and allowed us to store our luggage after check out and return for them when it was time to leave the city.

February visit
We visited Lisbon for three nights in late February. Weather was perfect. Location of hotel was right for us being slightly away from the main centre but all within easy walking distance. An incline to reach hotel from main street was expected as Lisbon is hilly. Breakfast was continental, no problem for us, and served until 12 noon therefore no rush in the morning. Nice Italian restaurant nearby if so not wish to go far in the evening.

Good location at affordable rate
Hotel Ibis We stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Lisbon. The check in staff were friendly and efficient and any other questions we had, the staff were always approachable and very helpful. The room its self was small, which is fine as we are only there to sleep. It was clean with a small wardrobe area and a few hangers. The bathroom was reasonable size and the water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was continental with fresh coffee machines, an mechanical orange juicer for fresh orange juice, as well as a variety of ham, cheese, breads and Portuguese custard tarts (Pastel de nata) The hotel its self is on a steep hill, so be aware of that. Location wise it was 5-10 minutes walk equal distance from 2 main metro lines, and a 20 minute walk to some of the more busier areas. This worked well as all was within reach but at the same time was in a restively quiet area. The only thing that let it down was poor soundproofing between rooms, talking, baby crying, alarms were easily picked up. Aside from that this is a good value option for a stay in Lisbon in a good less touristy area.

Nice hotel conveniently located.
Small hotel but laid out very well. Staff was fantastic. They had a breakfast buffet but we did not take advantage of it. Biggest down side: it was located on a steep hill, almost 45 degrees. On the plus side it was located near metro stops as well as the place where you catch the hop-on hop-off bus.

Nice hotel. Service was good - room was too warm at night would my only complaint. Air conditioning not on yet so we had to leave window open - this meant a lot of noise from outside.

Not geared up for evening meals, restaurant is mainly for breakfasts. You have to go out for evening meal And location is not near too many restaurants.

Good value for money
Nice hotel for the money. A little noisy but usual for a hotel in a major city. Easy walking distance to the main avenue, shops and old town.

avoid it is under renewql noisly and no parking
Hotel us under renewal very noise diring day and a lot of dust . Parking is closed due renewal and you are forced to used public underground parking that is expensive if you remove your car to take a tour and return. Dayly rate is 10 is prepaid but take out and return need pay again.

Lisbon: Low stress stay, at a reasonable price.
Almost perfect for the type of hotel; could be better if the hotel provide face towels, in addition to bath towels. Very good breakfast at a good price, including freshly squeezed orange juice the guest can make. Quiet neighborhood, but yet, close to everything.
