“The reception staff were absolutely delightful, they had free transport which was easy to book, although I did not use I feel like this was an amazing idea for people who did not want to worry about parking or car rentals. The hotel looked very modern and brand new, the area was lovely and I would definitely come back. To improve they should not allow people to put their towels on the sun-bed and leave it there for hours unattended, it is unfair for the other guests and ruins the experience. The……

“Excellent property and staff. Well-constructed property and comfortable, well furnished rooms. Oceanfront rooms have unobstructed views of the best beach in the area with the property directly across the street from the beach. The street has little traffic / road noise (not a concern). “The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.”

“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar! Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! “I had a nice and peaceful time at this lovely hotel. The room was modern and had a relaxing aura to it. The raised hot tub was the highlight of the room. The air conditioning was a plus, and I loved the natural light coming in through the large windows. My particular room didn't have a view, but having access to a communal balcony was a great perk. “We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.”
