Good soundproofing let down overall
Lots of dust, some bed mites & overall very shabby decor partially offset by decent soundproofing & very quiet area at night as it's sufficiently away from the main road. The latter, incidentally, is what you’ll have to walk next to in order to get to the supermarket in Privas. It's only a 20 minute walk but not particularly pleasant as many of the vehicles go faster than the road's speed limit. Ample parking, electric night shutters & a decent hot shower help make up for what this hotel is lacking (a deep clean & redecoration). Also bathroom is very cramped. Outside pool is miniscule & looks nothing like the photos.

Pleasant, inexpensive hotel close to Privas
I needed to stop overnight en route from Lyon to the Ardèche Region. This hotel is friendly, easy parking, close to the town of Privas. There is a pleasant bar / small restaurant where I enjoyed a good meal. The room is simple ( double And a Single bed) but clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Welcome relief from a 13 hour drive on way to Sud
Stayed before. Owners very helpful, clean comfortable rooms, great beds and showers. Much needed beer, rose and steak frites/gambas. Steak only 13 euros. Couldn't be more friendlier. Too tired to use the pool

A pleasant hotel in a nice location. Its a shame that the neighbouring steakhouse was closed.

Ici tout le personnel a l'air heureux et de bonne humeur, c'est communicatif ! Un établissement très bien tenu, avec un restaurant au top,... Et bien sûr un accueil extra ! J'y séjourne très régulièrement, et je vais continuer à y aller.

Suite à une incompréhesion sur le site de reservation Booking, la chambre proposée n'était pas conforme à notre demande. Le personnel d'accueil a su tout mettre en oeuvre rapidement pour trouver à notre arrivée une autre chambre adaptée.

Belle prestation mais attention au site internet
L hôtel est très bien belle chambre spacieuse et calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Mais ne pas se fier au site hôtel. Com car la chambre proposée au prix internet est dans une annexe non réhabilitée. Il faudra ajouter 10€ pour le confort et la prestation indiquée.
