This is a lovely hotel. The room was large with nice bathroom and changing room. Plenty of wardrobes it is in a great area, close to shops, cafes and an easy walk to the beach and old town. We had a fridge in our room. Didn't bother with breakfast because it can be purchased cheaper in the cafes. ...
If you want to be within a minutes walk of the beach or the city square then this is the location for you. The hotel has a great resteraunt that serves great food but it's tough to get a booking because it's always busy. It's well worth the effort though. Lighting in the bathrooms is a little dark ...

Our room was right outside a generator and the air conditioning was also ...

The hotel facilities were generally good. Efficient air con, just right for the weather. We like out consult room very much. But the top floor swimming pool and bar closes too soon. Sometimes 7pm should be the time where everyone want to chill but it's the closing time unfortunately.
City view room was not really of the city but just walls of neighbouring buildings. Room was small but clean. The bathroom was good. Excellent location for the beach and the station and got generally walking around Nice. Easy to get to from the airport on the number 98 bus.
was not was i was expecting as room had glass toilet and shower - but managed to get moved as toilet was up 6 steps in room with glass walls and i have vertigo- so hotel staff very good. so after all had good room and experience
