Convenient location, Easy Transit Locations

Pros: Location close to Metro, Price, Staff, Breakfast buffet selection
Cons: Bathroom wasn't swept/vacuumed before our visit (hairs on floor) & 1/2 empty conditioner with new toiletries - but shower/tub/room spotlessly clean.
Location: Everything is just a metro ride (& some walking) away. 55 Rubles each and easy to buy metro card (hold your fingers up & give $ at window).
Easy check-in/check out. Close to noisy highway (made mistake of open windows, which yields no sleep). Closing windows and blinds, and turning on air conditioning solved the problem. Easy underground access to cross roads, and easily/quickly get to metro station (just turn left out of front doors, and left at the corner of hotel, you will see the dark grey stone underground access point). Look above ground first, so you know approximately how far the metro is (you can see it from the corner), and turn correctly underground, as it is not intuitive, nor has signage in English. Breakfast buffet was loud and crazy when the Asian tour bus crowd was present (be prepared to place something at a table to hold your spot while you are waiting in line for each of the buffet stations). But plenty of food types to choose from, and a great way to start the day. Bar staff was personable, and service (including food and beverage) was excellent.

Nice hotel close to metro and bus

This hotel is only less tan 15 minutes metro ride to the Red Square and the metro station is only 5 minutes walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and polite and always willing to help us. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices to choose from. This hotel is a value for money and I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Moscow.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Almost everything except the location.
Cons: You can't improve the location: it is not the best, not the worst but at least it's very close to the metro station.
Location: Nothing special but it's only 15 minutes drive to the very centre of the city.
Best Holiday Inn in Moscow overall: nothing to complain about.

Fairly convenient location-spacious and clean room

Close to the metro station

It wasn't so great. The wifi signal was free in the room but very weak. The room stunk even after it was cleaned, there was no hot water at night and the curtains on the window were ripped and hard to move.

Nice neighborhood terrible staff

All people was friendly and kind except in the reception desk of the hotel. For a American chain the staff didn't dominate English, they didn't be able to give references for anything around the hotel. We spend five days and on the last day the cleaning staff put slippers and bathrobe. We hear noises of water pipelines all night. There was a door peephole in the door that connect our room with another room, it was only taped with a piece of paper.
