"The uncontrolled children, running up and down the hall and stomping well past 10pm and then again at 7am was terrible! The parents were all down stairs in the lobby, so kids were unsupervised! Also, in the pool as well. Also, the curtains in the room don't block out the day light in the morning. Breakfast was nice"

The staff was great, hotel was clean, great location, breakfast was hot and nice, our only complaint is that our room had no fan or AC, hotel was booked for events, so we could not change out rooms. Also we booked this room for the pool for the kids. The pool heater was broken the whole time, ice cold, and the hot tub was broken. We were very disappointed. "

"My one-night stay was comfortable; the room was clean and adequate. The morning breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The only downside was because of some refurbishing projects the restaurant was closed, no hot tub and the pool was not functioning. Great view across the river."
