“When I tried to check in, the woman at the check-in desk claimed I had canceled my reservation, even though I could show her I hadn't. Then the woman claimed to have no rooms left, although someone came and checked in while I was outside looking for another room elsewhere. Then, a short while later, they sent me a text claiming that my reservation was canceled because of some problem at the motel. Liars!”

“My room is smelly and old. Looks like the facility is renovated but quality is not satisfying”

“The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was nice and big but dirty, breakfast was normal, room smelled awful, sink faucet was broken, office chair was broken, one small garbage can for entire room, microwave smelled gross.”

“Check in staff was wonderful. Awesome price point for a family with 2 large dogs. Were the beds as comfortable as a cloud? No. But it's a Motel 6, it was cheap, and we were only there to sleep as a quick stop on our long road trip. I wouldn't stay longer than a day, but it did the trick and we have no complaints.”
