Overall my experience wasn't too bad here but getting around the hotel was a little rough. One elevator was broken and there was a big event going on which slowed the one elevator that was working down. The noise level outside of my room was constantly loud to the point of annoyance...Either people were congregating outside of my door or that's just the nature of how loud it is in there. Requested a fridge in the room...Fridge was so loud I had to unplug it from the wall at night. Staff was friendly. Pillows were comfortable. That's it...I probably wouldn't stay here again though.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at the Crowne Plaza. I am very sorry to hear that you did not love your stay. You will be happy to hear that we begin a remodel this year to improve the hotel for our guests. I apologize the elevator being down was inconvenient--our engineer team worked day and night to get it back up but it did take a few days. I will send this feedback to our security team so they can learn from this and do more regular hall checks to keep noise down.
