I knew i wouldn't be arriving til late, so I called before booking to make sure it'll be ok. Once i reached everything was ready for me, so check in was a breeze. The room i was given was an 'accessible' room. Although spacious, the toilet bowl was broken and rocked when i sat on it. There was little of no water in the toilet bowl itself so it barely flushed. Since it was so late, i couldnt get a room change until the next day. That room wasnt bad except the door handle was loose (coming off the door itself on both sides). I advised someone, who was to have maintenance look at it, but no one ever came. Some spots were sticky, the side chair was dirty with crumbs and it looked like juice or something was spiilled. The bedding (middle comforter) was obviously dirty and the bottom bar of the refeigerator was broken off. Thankful there was a refrigerator and microwave since other places don't have that. Anyway, i wiped things down, prayed that no one came in and settled in. I liked the breakfast option part of it because of the variety of choice. The 2nd day (4 ttl) I flipped my door hanger to 'make up room'. ...but when I returned that evening, all i saw was that my towel was changed and my curtain was opened. The bed wasn't touched or made up and that's main thing that needed changing.
I might consider coming back because the hotel is in a convenient location for me and where i need to go and be. But, the cleaning part of it needs to step up.
