Poor customer service

During a recent stay, the type of room we reserved was unavailable. The staff refused to work with us to provide a suitable alternative based on our needs (traveling with 3 adults and a 2 year old) and the only alternative we were provided besides our original room resulted in us needing to pay for an additional room. Would not recommend. Also, there was no restaurant as advertised.

Room was basic but clean, breakfast was good, and staff was accommodating. Good place to stay for a basic experience

Decent hotel, just about clean, pricey though

Pros: Friendly, good enough location for me. Clean place.
Cons: Breakfast not well serviced -- most items would be empty on the buffet with just one lady to fill in items as well as clean the place !
Location: Not as sightseeing; but decent everyday shopping. Can get to Providence easily.
Overall good expereince. But standards of cleanliness, food variety and facilties have gone down in 2 years since i last stayed there with family. Breakfast not serviced well -- no staff on duty except a cleaner !

Nice hotel a few miles from downtown Providence

Checked in on Friday and out on Sunday. The women at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The one bedroom suite was huge, had a nice layout and was very comfortable for my family of 4. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on Sunday before checkout. All in all the experience was great. My only complaint would be the smell throughout the hallways. Not sure it could be fixed, bc I assume it was caused by the Mexican restaurant inside the hotel. My family feom Philadelphia, PA will definitely stay here again if we travel up North again.

Nice for the price

I wasn't expecting much for the price I was paying but it wa surprising better than another hotel in downtown for double the price

The hotel was OK, but a few irritations. The bed was a bit soft, and the heat wasn't great - it stayed hot near the fixture but didn't circulate well through the room. We weren't given coffee packets and toiletries on our second day, and when we asked at the desk for coffee, the manager, though helpful, couldn't locate any supplies.

frozen. no heat available.

horrible experience. changed rooms 3 times. no heat in this wing of hotel. we all caught a cold. i am demanding a full refund. it was ridiculous.
