Super clean room, nice staff, was able to check in late at night with no issue. Breakfast in the morning was great. The room had plenty of space for setting up a desk for work.

Great staff
The hotel was well kept.The room size was great. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the lady that worked in the breakfast area worked extremely hard keeping up with the food and keeping the area clean.(She deserves a raise).

No TV service
Stayed here plenty of times with no issues. Last night my TV stopped broadcasting at around midnight and did not come back on. I left at 12pm, still with no TV. I called the front desk and they stated it was an issue with the dish company, but upon checking to see if there were any outages in the area, I found there were none. So basically, my room had no TV to view for most of my stay.

It has a good size kitchen and full size refrigerator. Across the street from Walmart for easy shopping. Great indoor swimming pool

When we arrived , there was noisy renovation right there at the check-in desk. The staff were very friendly. Thankfully, we were gone all day when the workers were doing their thing.

Very nice and well kept property. Front desk person was very helpful with my making arrangements for a really late check-in, they checked me in over the phone and had my keys ready for me upon arrival at 8:00 a.m. the following morning due to a travel delay with my airlines.

We liked the setup of the rm, how it provided a bedroom, living rm & kitchen all in one space. We also liked that it had a more modern feel to it.

It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.

Quiet, clean, welcoming
Elizabeth welcomed me back, she’s a very welcoming person. The staff was good, helpful and kind. I only stayed for one night this time, but it was nice and clean. Just the tub had left over soap from previous but other than that, I believe it was clean. I’ll stay again in the future.

Not a great stay.
We were given a room with broken dressers, no oven, and not enough linens for the number of people in the room. The pool was closed and no notification was given to us, and trying to find front desk staff was a nightmare. The hotel is in major need of a renovation. It was nicely decorated for the holidays and the breakfasts were adequate...I would have stayed somewhere else though if I had known about the pool, it was a real downer for my kids.
