The Good and the Bad
Check in as with previous reviews is not used friendly. You need to go over the road and up the 8th floor to check in Jean pablo spoke excellent English and was friendly. Bed was comfortable, balcony great, but bathroom dirty. No shower curtain, and despite a screen water goes everywhere. Swimming pool closed yet we heard people behind the locked door. Very handy to manuel montt metro just downstairs. Lots of restaurants in vicinity. Recommend Liguria restaurant for authentic chilean food. Domino (not the pizza place) for cheap and delicios breakfast.. huevos camp plus juice and coffee for 3800 pesos.

I’m very disappointed of this place. First issue I had was that no where didn’t mentioned at least on orbitz website that you have to go to other building to check in, it’s near by but when you have a lots of bags it’s an inconvenience. Second, when got inside the apartment it did not look at all from the one not the internet, or room like extremely cheap compared with the ones on the website. Third stain on the wall all over, blanket and furniture. Internet doesn’t work much outside the room area. Last not sure why, but even with all doors closed noise from outside it’s unbelievable loud. In general I did not like this apartment, only we did liked was that it’s literally below the Manuel Montt line number 1 metro and near of bunch of restaurants and cafe.

Good find
The apartment was great for my two night stay. You have to check in at a separate building and my taxi driver was great and called them as we couldn’t find it. Juan on reception was great at helping to book my return taxi and tours. My toilet flush didn’t work and whilst the toilet was cleared the next day the flush still wasn’t responsive so may have been annoying if I had stayed longer. There is some road noise but I see that as standard with most city stays.

In your case I couldn`t tell you because you left the hotel very early, The toilet was fixed but the maintenance guy just forgot to open the stopcock to let the water flow. sorry for that. Nice apartment hard to check-in
It was a very nice apartment located right off the subway. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was also a fully stocked kitchen. However, due to incorrect information on the Hotels.com webpage checking into the apartment was frustrating. Also, if you do not check in during the stated check-in times than you can not show your passport and documents and cannot get the 19% Chilean tax exemption.

Perfect apartment
We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely apartment. It was perfect for a family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool has an amazing view of the city and the neighborhood surrounding the apartment is exactly where you want to be. There is a grocery store around the corner and restaurants just outside the front door. This is a great property!

The cable did not work. The staff in the apartments did not care about our needs. It did not have phone so it was imposible to communicate with the people in charge of the apartments to have them solve the cable problema. The service support was very por. We did not have toilet paper for 2 days!

Apart Hotel Capital, not really a hotel!
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. This is not a conventional hotel and therefore do not expect hotel services! It was in an apartment building, and my reservation was for a two bedroom unit, which was not available; however, they provided two one bedroom units for the same price. The concierge and housecleaning staff did not speak english, but the rep, Sebastian, who spoke some english, was very helpful. He even arranged for a taxi to airport next day. All payments were in cash which I was not expecting. It is near the main squares and close to many attractions.

Modern, convenient, comfortable
This is not a true apart-hotel, it is a residential apartment building with apartments for rent by a single owner. We stayed here for our vacation. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff for the building did not have any information on our reservation. But with one phone call to the number listed on the Expedia reservation, the owner, Sebastian, met us and there were no problems. We had a lovely one bedroom apartment, with a fold-out couch that was quite comfortable for two people. The room was hot during the day since there was no air conditioning and it was summer (March), but a fan provided helped keep it cool in the evenings. The location was great; right next to the Manuel Montt metro station in Providencia. There was construction on a large high-rise directly across from our room, which was very loud. And since we had our doors open from the heat, it was hard to have conversations during the daytime work hours. The traffic noise was also loud from the main street below. We were not in the apartment for much time during the day, so this was not a big issue. There was housekeeping service every day, and the full kitchen was nice to have meals in. I would highly recommend Apart Hotel Capital and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Apart hotel. The rate was competitive, the location was great, next to the Manuel Montt metro station and within minutes of many interesting locations. The building has 24 hours security at the lobby and Sebatian was great. My daugther and I enjoyed our time in Chile and highly recommend the Apart Hotel Capital.

The Apart Hotel - modern and convenient
The Apart Hotel features modern and convenient rooms for a reasonable price. I stayed in two rooms, the first a corner unit (1811) and the second a regular room (1610). The corner unit was slightly larger and featured wonderful views of the city - a great introduction to Santiago before going out on the town. Being an apartment hotel, the rooms featured a small living room space (couch, chair and table), double bed, clean bath, stocked kitchen and a nice sized walk in closet. The rooms have patio doors to a balcony, but the city's loudness will keep you inside after a brief look. Apparently there is a pool, but I didn't have a chance to go to it this trip. The hotel is adjacent to the Manuel Montt subway station, which offers quick access across the city. There's several decent restaurants nearby, but make sure to go to the superb chilean bar called Liguria. The only downside was that you have to pay in cash, and while the concierge don't speak english, they put me in contact with somebody that did. All in all, this is a nice place to stay - i would definitely stay again.

Péssima
Uma total decepção, não tinha nada a ver com a fotos da internet, cheiro ruim no apartamento, banheiro sem tampa na banheira, chuveiro com água fria, o ar não esquentava, móveis velhos, roupa de cama e banho velhos, fiquei apenas uma noite pois chegamos às 03 da manhã, no dia seguinte já fiz reserva em outro local!

Apto pouco iluminado. Não Tem ar condicionado nos quartos... só na sala. Banheiras no quarto só serve pra derrubar idosos. Ótima localização.. em frente a estação Manuel Montt. Bons lugares pra comer por perto. Pessoal da recepção pouco receptivo.

Apartamento perfeito para viagem de casal, confortável e aconchegante, tem os utensílios básicos necessários para se virar na cozinha. A localização é perfeita, na frente do metro, na quadra tem mercado, farmácia, padaria e um starbucks. Recomendaria para todos a hospedagem lá!

Apart-hotel com boa localização
Trata-se de um apart-hotel de tamanho razoável, bem localizado e com cozinha minimamente mobiliada. Situa-se em frente a uma estação de metrô, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. O único senão é a limpeza, que não é diária. Mas o custo/benefício é bastante compensador.

Apart-hotel em frente ao metrô.
O Apart-hotel fica em frente a uma estação de metrô, o que ajuda bastante no deslocamento pela cidade. Seu tamanho é razoavelmente bom e é equipado com os utensílios mínimos de cozinha. Fica aqui apenas uma ressalva para a limpeza e troca de toalhas, que não é diária, mas que não deprecia a estadia.

Local muito bem localizado. Metrô à porta com elevador (para família com bebê é imprescindível), supermercado próximo, porém por ser um bairro boêmio, à noite faz bastante barulho, tanto de carros como de pessoas.

Great Place to stay
The check-in was a bit tricky as the office is in another building than the apartment itself, yet it is very near by. We asked if it was possible to have an apartment as high as possible and we were lucky. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfy. A supermarket is around the corner. The pool on the rooftop was super refreshing, the pool times are from 10am to 8pm as we later discovered (closed on Mondays).

bonne pioche !
Cet hôtel était très bien situé par rapport à mes besoins. De plus il est juste à coté de la ligne 1, la plus importante (accès aéroport, terminal de bus ...). J'ai apprécié les coins cuisine et salon de la chambre. Loueur de voiture OClock très correct en sous-sol au métro J'ai aussi apprécié l'accès facile au lave linge/sèche linge (2ième étage) de l'immeuble. par contre, le dimanche, le quartier est mortellement désert (même pour manger ...) j'ai un peu hésité par rapport aux deux routes passantes en bas : oui c'est un peu bruyant mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir, et le quartier est tellement pratique ... Leur système de clef n'est pas si simple (un minimum d'effort au 41, SVP !) mais bon, rien de grave ! Les gars de l'agence sont très clairs, très corrects, très biens, ont réponse à tout ! merci !! le quartier est sympa en journée, et je me suis senti en sécurité.

Quarto arrumado, espaçoso e limpo. Cama e travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis. Muito bem localizado, ao lado do metrô. Check in em outro prédio. Se não perguntássemos não nos diriam isso. Pessoas na recepção não são amigáveis e não auxiliam em nada nas dúvidas sobre a cidade. Internet Wi-Fi conectava, porém não funcionava durante os dias da nossa estadia.

Se trata de apartamentos en un edificio de 20 pisos, con seguridad 24 hs. Muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado en el barrio Providencia a escasos metros del metro Estación Montt. Con servicio de limpieza diario. Con posibilidad de estacionamiento pago en el mismo edificio. Excelente atención de la sra. Susana.

It was ok, the appartment was clean and quite big. Only 2 points, people at the reception didn't really speak english and the situation is good but the noise from the appartment is loud. Otherwise for the price, it was good.

Os administradores dos Apartamentos Capital são bastante atenciosos e atendem rapidamente caso alguma coisa não esteja em conformidade. Porém devido a alta rotatividade dos apartamentos, notamos muita sujeira nos tapetes, pó no rodapé e exaustor do banheiro. A faxineira diária é muito prestativa, mas atende muitos apartamentos. São pontos a melhorar somente.
