nice hotel, taxi drivers are thieves

Posted Nov 7, 2017
Pros: food, room, staff...very good
Cons: when we ask for directions to the mall, they should warn you about how cab drivers are thieves * not tell you it is known after it happened
Location: do not take taxis!!!
hotel really good, but hey should warn their guest not to take cabs , I got robbed 3 times in 4 days. when I got back to the hotel and told what happened they told me they all ready knew that it was something cab drivers often do, they change your money really fast and you don't even notice... just be careful because they do that every time. and no one tells you this. just this little detail, the rest is ok, very good hotel. we will be back soon

Convenient to city

Posted Oct 24, 2017
Pros: Disappointed with facilities
Cons: Heated pool, actual full breakfast available to everyone up until closing at 11:00am
Hotel should display on website not to be deceived by pool, only good to look at as nobody adults or children could possibly enter as water temperature absolutely freezing, also inside pool not working, very dissapointing, also you need to be early for breakfast as food scarcely available after 09:00

Expensive and minimal quality food options

Posted May 15, 2017
Pros: The facilities for the convention was nice
Cons: FOOD options terrible !!! Prices ridiculously high !!! Never enough towels or toiletries in the room. Breakfast was the same boring items every day !
Location: Everything needs a cab ride
I felt completely ripped off. Just having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the lobby would set you back almost twenty dollars for TWO PEOPLE !! That is insane........... ;-(

Dissatisfied stay

Posted May 12, 2017 on Hotels
When I got to the hotel, they asked me to pay an additional 50 USD, per day for breakfast and for a more comfortable room. I paid it. They indicated breakfast was served st the 7th floor. This was a small room with very limited amount food. The food here was cold, and unatended. The ad one day, another guess stated that there was actually a restaurant where breakfast was served every morning, not the small area I was advised. At the restaurant, there was a larger selection but not any better. Everything was cold, and no help around. The bed had very dirty comforter, with a stain that look like the previous guess had an accident in bed and they just reversed the conforter so It will not be noticebled. Not a good hotel!

I stayed here cause I attended a conference

There's nothing around walking distance for going out you need always to get a taxi, the hotel has 2 Towers and 2 lobbie and you have to do the checkin or check out process in the specific one that you have booked

Dated expensive hotel with great staff.

Posted Feb 17, 2017
Pros: staff
Cons: renovation
Location: nothing to do
Bathroom very small. No hand held shower head. No coffee maker. No microwave. Room small. Airconditioner malfunction on and off. Nice wide screen TV with three or more English news channels. Front desk tries but has slight language barrier. Good cappuccino in the bar. Food including breakfast expensive but good. Long walk to shops. Otherwise fine. Much better value elsewhere in town.

Avoid.

Pros: The pool.
Cons: Customer service.
There was a confusion and I found a rollaway bed when I arrived in my room. I only asked if they could please remove it. The answer was: "You mean to tell us you don't sleep standing up like a mummy? Hold tight, we'll get you some straps right away. #spgmummylife ". Mummy life? Straps?
