Su was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The shuttle to the sister resort Kokomo as well as the shuttle to Bight Beach on Grace Bay were very convenient and both were very short drives. It was nice to have our own beach lounge chairs and umbrella every day. Housekeeping came daily and the room was always clean and the AC worked great. My wife and I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful beaches.

The Host Suszan is super nice and helpful. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and she also arranged for us to get back to the airport. She also drove us to her restaurant for dinner. They also had rental cars on the property so we were able to secure a rental car from the property. The property is centrally located near most beaches and restaurants but in a quiet location away from traffic.

Suzanna and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plan to rent a car or take cabs to get around the island, which is easy. The shuttle service to the beach and pool is great during the day, my only wish would be that it ran a little later into the evening. Both the beach and pool are very nice. If you are looking for something quiet and off the beaten path, this is a gem.

Beautiful place, off the beaten path and very private. Suzanne is exceptional. No pool . Restaurant or spa. The sister hotel which is about a mile or so a way has all of that (also a very nice place.) They have a shuttle to the beach and to the sister hotel . Need a taxi to restaurants. A rental car is better ( Suzanne arranged this for us at a very reasonable price) Had a wonderful time.

The bad: Other than the extremely uncomfortable bed, nothing was so atrociously wrong with the hotel, but it was enough compounding things that led to our decision to leave the hotel in the middle of our stay. The water was luke warm at best, the bed was so bad neither my wife nor I slept for 2 nights, the bath fan and the hair-dryer were broken. When we asked for a new hair-dryer they said they had none and would have to go pick one up the next day (for a wife with wet hair that was not a good option). The AC unit pumped out cold air, but the temperature control didn't really work. The room was either freezing, or hot. There is not phone in the room and they provide this littlePOS phone for you to use to reach them. This was a vacation for us away from kids and it was turning into an awful experience for us. I'd would not recommend this hotel. The beach area they have is as advertised. It was a quick trip to the beach & we had a car so it was extremely easy and convenient. There is public parking was empty the whole time (Bight beach). While not as famous as Grace Bay the beach is just as gorgeous, and was honestly less crowded. There are not bathrooms or bars, but you can utilize the Wymara if you're not shy. The good: The hotel room was very clean, and while slightly worn, seemed to be decently maintained. The staff was very friendly and was understanding of our decision to leave and find a new hotel, and even credited us back the un-used time (pre-paid for the room).

Firstly, regarding the AC, we want to clarify that it is a new unit installed in December, and it has been thoroughly checked by our maintenance team. The remote is fully functional, and we have not received any prior complaints about its performance.Regarding the bed, we regret that you found it uncomfortable. We wish you had informed us earlier during your stay so we could have addressed the issue promptly. Alberto, our staff member, mentioned that if you had reported the discomfort, we would have been happy to accommodate a room change.Regarding the hair dryer, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Alberto intended to provide a replacement once he was available after check-ins. We regret any miscommunication and wish we had the opportunity to rectify the situation during your stay.We appreciate your positive remarks about the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of our staff. Secluded property with beach access, via regular shuttle service. Greeted by Minnie, Wenie and Suzanna. Rooms are clean ajd spacious with fridge, stove and basics if you want to stop at the IGA market nearby for food so you don’t have to go out for every meal. Shuttle service for beach Joseph, Mukar and Paras. Local phone provided to access shuttle service, taxis or if you need to reach any of the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly and accommodating during my stay! Taxi service easy to arrange. Rico drove me via taxi this weekend and was so fun to talk to and provide recommendations and brought be back safely! Sister hotel, Kokomo very close by with a restaurant, pool, hot tub and schedule a massage. It has everything you need.

The two Asian staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with smiles. The Beach was very nice with their own areas with umbrellas and chairs. The sand & the water at the Grace Bay Beach were amazing.

I loved that is was tucked away from the usual restorts on the island. Very intimate and extremely friendly staff. Suzanna made our stay extra special. She took care of our rental, gave us tips on what to do on the island and where to go. She even drove us to the grocery store on our first day to pick up some things that we needed. One on Marlin gets an A with customer service and whenever we visit Turks and Caicos, this will be our place to stay.

This is a beautiful property. It is well maintained with many varieties of trees and flowering plants. The service was wonderful, especially Jhet. He is the gentleman that took care of cleaning our villa. He could not have possibly been any more friendly and helpful. He treated us as if we were family.

Definitely quiet spot, however need vehicle to get around. Driver can take you to other resort for small pool area (kids there) or private section of beach - unfortunately a ways away from the reef areas, but again more quiet. Walking to get food is not really a safe option as highway is the link and no sidewalks. Pictures are representative of what you get - New units - very clean with all you would expect to cook - even cooler provided for beach. For our unit, the water in shower was lukewarm at best...3 nights there was not enough time to remedy - Island time thing, but staff also let slip that prior guest had same complaint... But overall relaxing few days with no major issues. Staff / Butler all very friendly and as helpful as they can - they don't control maintenance issues.

This is a real hidden gem. If you don’t take a chance on it you will not love what it has to offer. But the most outstanding asset this resort has to offer is the human capital. Mark, Jan, Osner, Mike and Kelly have all made us feel like we are family and not just guests. They have all gone above and beyond to make our stay incredible This is the first time I stay at a resort where they offer you a free cell phone with your stay so you don’t feel stranded anywhere you go and they respond 24/7. One on Marlin will be the only resort we will stay at every time we go to the Turks and Caicos. The design reflects a harmony between wood, steel, stones and all the other elements. Keep up the outstanding work.

We do pride ourselves in our personalized customer service, from breakfast being delivered to your suite every morning, having a cell phone at your disposal to call our staff with any request or questions you may have, and of course the complimentary shuttle that will bring you down to our Beach Club. However, we do appreciate that at times we are not suited for all guests, but generally speaking most of our guests are very satisfied with our service and property.

Wonderful butler Jan who was very kind, patient and helped us in any way possible. The location was close to everything in driving distance. Loved the hotel, however the lighting was dim and the hot water in the shower was very warm.

All the staff are both professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and no question went unanswered. We felt the property needed some upgrading in interior lighting in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Everything was at the property was as advertised. This property shares its amenities with other properties. You will definitely need a car when vacationing on Provo.

Best Hotel Experience We’ve Had
The place was clean and they made sure to have things in the suite that we hadn’t even thought of. They had their own car rental service which we found to be cheaper than other places. The car we rented was immaculate. But it was Jan, our butler, who truly made the experience unforgettable. He checked in on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessible. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with him. He truly made our trip a one-of-a-kind experience. I would highly recommend Turks and Caicos but particularly this hotel to anyone.

No pool, no beach, no restaurant, no spa, it’s just a rental property that calls it self a spa resort and use pic of a beach and charge the resort prices. Once you get there it will be too late. Use another property

Jan , the head butler, was the absolute best. Spent a week here on my honeymoon. Jan went above and beyond on everything possible. Very relaxing. Resort was very clean. Every worker was extremely helpful and kind. Absolutely will be coming back. Thanks One on Marlin!

Inconsistencies, tv did not function properly, no complimentary anything not even water. The lighting for my ladies make up was horrible, projecting a greenish hue. Its not on the beach. The breakfast is dough cheese n jelly. I have the feeling they make money on oncidentsls, i felt like i was bein lg nickled and dime Would i recommend possibly if no staff. JAN was terribl and intrusive. As he delivered the breakfast he walked in the room as if invited. I kindly told him my wife is naked please leave. Etc

Complimentary Items: Check in orientation informs our guests of the following complementary items: Cell phones are provided free of charge for our guests to use to make calls to staff 24/7; high speed internet; beach shuttle to our Beach Club on Grace Bay Beach where guests will be pampered by our Beach Butler, and complimentary continental breakfast includes baked goods, juice, yogurt & fruit, delivered to the villa. Bottled water is for purchase as indicated by the Butlers & the in-room beverage menu. Intrusiveness: Jan is a highly professional & trained Butler who is neither intrusive nor terrible based on the majority of the reviews. To the contrary, Jan has been applauded for his professionalism.On this particular occasion that you are referring to in your review, upon delivering breakfast, Jan first knocked on the door and handed over the tray inside the villa.This is standard procedure. During this time Jan smelled a foul odor of smoke. Perhaps you were caught off-guard, therefore feeling that Jan was being intrusive with his discovery. Lighting: we fully acknowledge this doesn’t meet all guests standards. Had you communicated this, our staff would have tried to accommodate. Not on the Beach - at times information is incorrect when provided by 3rd parties, In all of your interactions with our staff members, you showed no indication that you were this disappointed in our property and services.We hope in future travels you will communicate immediately in order to give the property the opportunity to fulfill your expectations.

Amazing!
If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and therapeutic resort...this is the place! From the time you arrive, it is so calming. The room is very cute, the beach and the sister resort (with the pool) is close enough to drive to within a few minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we have Jan to thank for that!
