Perfect locationPosted Mar 20, 2018
Very windy. Water too rough to enjoy. Not the typical Turks weather.

Back to paradisePosted Mar 13, 2018
We returned to RWI after 5 years and our friends after 10. The resort was what we remembered. The grounds are beautiful. Proximity to restaurants shopping and the beach perfect no car required. Suites we rented could use a really good cleaning to bring them up. A good time as well to perhaps do some needed maintenance in the bathrooms. None of these issues affected our experience and we had a fabulous vacation. We would consider this property if we came back.

Nice condo type hotel on beachPosted Mar 8, 2018
This condo style hotel is right on beautiful Grace Bay beach. The landscaping is exceptional and the facilities and rooms are well maintained. The pools are nice but a little small compared to other hotels nearby. The restaurant food was good but expensive, as are all restaurants on the island. Competent, friendly staff. Overall quiet ambience.

Great spot on a grave BayPosted Mar 7, 2018
Resort was spectacular. We had a room on the top, 3rd, floor with a partial ocean view. We didn’t have a kitchen in our unit, but hadn’t a fridge, microwave, toaster. Was perfect for doing lunches and breakfast. Grocery store is a 15 Min. walk or a 5 Min. bike, which are complimentary from resort. Restaurant and bar are awesome. Food is 5 star. Happy hour from 5-7 every night. Pools are smallish but adequate. Never a tonne of people there as ocean is steps away. May have to get down earlyish as comfy deck chairs get token early. However, there is no saving these chairs, if no one is on them for over an hour then they are up for grabs. Ocean access is directly off bar/pool area, and it is stunning. Read up on Grace Bay and there you go. Resort has lots of beach loungers and umbrellas to use, was never a problem. I would definitely recommend this resort.

ParadisePosted Mar 6, 2018
This was a beautiful location on a beautiful island. It was our first visit and we’ll definitely be going back! It was quiet except for Club Med being next door, but that wasn’t really a problem. Everything was quiet by 10pm. Half of the desk staff was great but a couple ladies were not very friendly or helpful. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Very nice hotel. Pleasantly surprised.Posted Mar 1, 2018
Picked this hotel solely on other reviews. Pleasantly surprised, as I stated previously. Staff at first seemed a bit cold, after you talk to them they were very friendly and courteous. Overall, the room was very nice, bed very comfortable, however, did not care for the blankets on the bed. They reminded me of hospital bed blankets. Loved the small kitchenette. Really liked having stackable washer and dryer in the room. Was able to clean all my clothes there so all I have to do is put them away. Grocery store was within just a couple of blocks. Very, very expensive! We usually do excursions on vacation, the one taking you to Middle and North Caicos, the cost for excursion for two was very expensive. Our front desk suggested getting taxi and going to marina ourselves and renting a car for the day, so that's what we did. Had a great time! I was a little disappointed that the waters and pools were not warmer. However, the beaches were magnificent! Have never seen water that beautiful! My husband and I just returned home yesterday to Northern California last night, would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone! Remember, very expensive but worth it!

Very nice beach and beautiful waterPosted Feb 28, 2018
Pros: It was smaller, not too crowded, clean and well maintained. It is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of stores.
Cons: I think that Pelican Bay is too over priced and forces people to go to other restaurants to eat, or buy food at the store.
Location: RWI is right on the beach, which is really nice. We went parasailing, that was nice. I went diving with Provo Divers, they did a good job.
We had a very nice stay at RWI. The beach and water were wonderful. We took long walks, and just hung out in our chairs. We road bikes up town one day, which was fine, but we got a flat tire and had to walk back. Not a big deal. The grounds were very well taken care of. The pools looked nice, however, we did not spend any time in them. The Pelican Bay restaurant is good, but expensive. We had dinner there our first night, breakfast one morning, and a couple burgers for lunch. All the meals were good. Better to get drinks from there during happy hour. We bought water, pop, breakfast food, lunch food, and rum at the IGA. Taxi was $5 or $6 each person each way to the store. The IGA has a good selection. My only complaint, is that we paid for an oceanfront room, I was expecting to see the ocean, however, we had the bottom floor, so we could see a sand dune. I called the desk and asked for an upper room, and was told that there was a room available for only 2 nights of our stay and it was not worth the time to move us. So the view was not what I paid for, but the room was nice and had everything you need in the kitchen for meals.

Friendly, helpful peoplePosted Feb 25, 2018
Pros: The people working there and the landscaping of the resort
Cons: The beach umbrellas and chairs show a bit of wear and tear even though they work. The bath tub running water situation could use a little tweaking.
Location: Walking on th beach left or right you can see the diff resorts close by. Very walkable to some shops and restaurants while feeling and being very safe
The staff at RWI from the front desk, pelican bay restaurant to the beach staff were all friendly, courteous and willing to help. The studio room we had was kept up pretty well. The shower and the bath ran at the same time but didn’t really bother me too much. The staff must’ve noticed it themselves because the next day, the leaking from the bath wasn’t as strong as before while the shower ran. It’s not too far from ports of call, coco bistro or grace way gourmet for some needed essentials, albeit very expensive. 10-15 minute walk, even faster by bike.
