The staff were all lovely. The check in process was a nightmare. Waiting for hours for our room. Then only to wit longer for our luggage. Housekeeping was spotty. 3 out of the 6 days there was no pm service. The mosquitoes in the room were intolerable. We asked them to spray. They said they did. We noticed no difference. You can’t sit at the Deck at night without getting eaten alive. Overall I would not stay there again. Def not worth the money. Also a nightcap for two of us at Seven was almost $50. 😲

The location is great and the staff are very attentive. Would advise to rent a car while in the area so you can explore and dine at the wonderful local restaurants.

I loved the customer service , excellent!!! The grounds are meticulous . Our room was top floor, ocean front& the view spectacular. The entire resort is high quality , top shelf. I would definitely return. And the location is great to walk to the grocery store & center of town.
