The Palms was mediocre at best compared to other hotels. Service wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great either. I never received my VIP room upgrade, nor the VIP $50 gift card. My hotel room was connected via a locked door to another room which we literally heard the noisy neighbors throughout our stay. I called the front desk to complain and they did absolutely nothing about it. Also the food was very expensive for what we received. I don’t mind expensive food, as long as it’s amazing and in this case, definitely not. My recommendation is for you to go somewhere else because you might leave disappointed.

The property was nice and quiet. relaxing. did not have many activities going on daily and food was much more expensive than I would expect but it was good.
