West Bay Club is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Every request was met with a courteous response and quick resolution. The room we stayed in was way under sold- better than we expected with a pool & ocean view, three balconies (the one facing the ocean was big enough with a table and two chairs), large sectional couch, dining table, full kitchen, washer/dryer, two flat screen TVs, plenty of closet space and storage for luggage, master bathroom has a glass shower and tile floor throughout- it’s nice and simply luxurious without being over done. Breakfast is included and is good food, I ate the buffett and my wife ordered an omelet most most mornings. The lunch and dinners were good too- my favorite was tvhe blackened mahi mahi wrap at lunch..simply delicious. The workout facility is nice and most times we had it to ourselves. The beach service is great- they will set up the chairs, towels and umbrellas for you. Bring you drinks and lunch and every time we got up someone was asking if we needed anything. Great service at the beach and pool! Special thanks to “King” Charles, William, Anferny, Spice & Jose- great service! The front desk staff is nice (esp Evanson & Giovani) they will go above & beyond to accommodate. Delta lost our luggage upon arrival and charged us the next day for the cab to deliver our luggage. Upon departure Earlnisha (she’s great) paid for our cab without saying anything TU!
