The place was nice and quiet and had Nice features, but the golf course was in abysmal shape and very rugged- think very poor Municiple course. The spa could have been excellent but the none of the pools where hot only tepped. , the steam room was not working, and the indoor pool was to hot inside to be comfortable- lacked venting- The beds were hard as a rock- The staff however were all very nice and helpfull.

While the hotel was grand and the views were amazing the staff were horrid. They were rude and treated us as second hand guests. Never ever will I stay at this hotel or any hotel in this chain.

Overall impression of the hotel was very good. Parking was easy. Rooms were reasonably spacious, warm and comfortable. No coffee making in the room. The breakfast buffet was extensive including some made to order items like pancakes. The outdoor pool looked attractive, but wrong season for us. The indoor pool room was really warm. The water was very inviting, although we didn’t go in.

Excellent spa
We went for a golf trip where the men golfed and the women used the spa. The spa was excellent. I understand the golf was challenging. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of cold and cooked items plus fruit and pastries. We all had a buffet dinner which was very pleasant.

Beautiful hotel, we were on the 5th floor overlooking the pool, golf course and sea view We stayed in October it was very peaceful, there was a wedding when we stayed lovely to see All the staff where friendly and helpful it was cheap to eat and drink the food was lovely The only negative was having to use the car everywhere we wanted to go And the smell coming from our bathroom

Mountain Retreat!!
This hotel is a little gem nestled in the mountains, but only a 15 minute drive to nearest beaches. A car is a must, but that gives the opportunity to explore the beautiful area, with local life and fine dining (though they had some better known American franchises too).The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. Indore and outdoor pools looked good and were staffed all day, but we did not go in. The gym was one of the biggest I have ever seen, with a climbing wall, spinning, treadmills, weights, they even did classes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay an would go back (and will go back).

Wonderful stay in a relaxing environment
We had a wonderful time. The hotel was spotless, the rooms spacious and the staff superb. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the mountains and had drink at night in the lovely terrace. We didn’t do the spa and we didn’t play golf because we preferred to spend our time in the beach in Aguadulce (10 minutes). The best hotel in the area.

In need of fumigator!
This hotel is a beautiful property. With a great staff. However the bathroom was home to thousands of little black bugs. They were crawling all over the floors, walls and counter tops.

Lovely quiet hotel off the beaten track
Lovely quiet hotel off the beaten track and away from the hustle and bustle of resorts. Tranquil setting and rooms are top notch. The bathrooms have a large bath; walk in shower; his and hers vanity sinks; toilet and bidet. Beds are very comfortable.

Nice Views
Room is spacious. Room service was hit and miss. Same breakfast was different every days with things missing. Things like food and glasses. Things like when asking for bottles of water, no glasses would arrive or bottle opener. Restaurant food was poor. We are very forgiving of different cooking styles, although microwave macaroni booinaise with cheese does not proport to be spaghetti boloniase. They couldn't even get a simple club sandwich right with half cooked chips. For a 5 star hotel this is poor.

Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
Made to feel unwelcome. No food service after 8 unless in bar and food there was inedible. Was catering to lots of wedding guests and seemed to find our reservation made on Exoedia to be an insult. Refused us dining at main dining hall. Also worst bed I have ever slept in and I am not that picky.

Amazing Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Envia. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful even with though most of them spoke limited english. I have a 4mths old baby and they washed all my bottles and provided boiled water all the time. Special thanks to Mohamed who got me a hair appt with the hairdresser at very short notice.

Accommodation was in very good condition but food was terrible as was the service from staff. A great hotel if you want somewhere quiet and are happy to be on your own. Food wise, go out or get the snacks rather than main meals........ Good value though as it was very cheap.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and had a hire car- we found it was easy enough to get to the hotel from the motorway but in the evening time we went for a drive to find a restaurant and found the surrounding area was not very nice at all. We followed signs for Roquetas de Mar and found ourselves in a large poorly-lit suberb which did not feel very safe at all. We got room-service in the hotel which was very nice and great value. I also used the spa and got a massage which again was lovely and good value. I would recommend the hotel but warn others to be careful when driving at night!

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel with relaxing atmosphere. One of the best breakfast i got on a hotel. Hotel is bad located so dont come without a car. They have free outside parking. Only really bad thing about the hotel is the flies around the pool. They dont bother you inside the pool, just when taking sun.
