Amamos e pretendemos voltar! Ótimo custo benefício, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã muito bom. O único apontamento seria quanto a inexistência de espaço de jogos, outro lugar além da piscina para que os hóspedes possam se divertir quando a piscina estiver sem uso, por exemplo.

The property and room were very nice. Unfortunately there were people partying in the courtyard until 5 a.m. and they were not stpped or removed so we got very little sleep. Also, it is not close to any food and since the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 830pm, it was not the best set up for us.

Not good service all around
Well, after. 7 hour drive arrived at the hotel and thought some R&R around the pool and swim. I was told, sorry the pool is not available until June, even though it was 30 degrees! Also, my safe didn’t work, so contacted the front desk by phone. Was told someone would be up to fix it. At the time of my leaving nobody had been to fix the safe. It meant I had to carry my suitcase with me around the Hotel. Not good service at all. It was difficult to contact Hotels.com about the pool. I have a 6 week trip to Thailand in January and certainly won’t be using them for hotels!

Room was nice, clean, fairly large (we had a separate bedroom), and bathroom was large as well. Only stayed one night so did not get to use the pool but it looked very prettyband we had a great view from our room. Breakfast was a reasonable price and was pretty good, nothing too extravagant.

Staff were pleasant and food was above the standard of a typical hotel buffet - impressive for the price and the fact that it was a buffet. THe hotel is definitely a bit more "tired" in its decor than the photos on expedia look like... but it is clean and reasonably priced and the staff were good

Really pleasant stay!
We were blessed with an upgrade to a suite - fabulous pool, dinner (a reasonable buffet on the night that we were there) and really good breakfast. Really pleased with our stay and only a few miles from Badajoz and it’s attractions and history.

Suite a little dark
Hotel is in gated resort so not much nearby. I booked a suite based on lovely bright photos of room with desk overlooking looking the golf course in reality I got a dogleg suite where sitting/working area was vey dark with desk hard up against the wall. Power too was an issue as power points were few and not where you needed them to be. Food in restaurant was limited but ceasar salad was enormous. If you play golf and get the right room it’s fine but the dark room I had spoiled it for me.

Super Friendly staff
Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Badajoz. Easy access from Lisboa - Madrid auto via. Plenty of free covered parking. Spacious and well appointed room.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were more than adequate. Room was comfortable, with a good bathroom. TV only has Spanish language channels and the only room service is from telepizza which is very quick and inexpensive but lacks quality.

You get what you pay for
Our experience at this hotel was fine. Nothing special, but solid for the price. I would have given it a better rating if they had a more accommodating restaurant/food service. The restaurant hours were very odd (lunch started at 13:30), and you could not eat outside despite the good weather. Everything was buffet and they forced you to eat inside. There was no service at the pool either. So there was a nice big pool, but you could not enjoy a drink or snack by the pool. There were very few amenities in this hotel. Staff is nice enough. When something was missing from the room they wanted me to go down to pick it up from reception instead of sending it up, but when I pushed a bit they did come up. This is definitely not a full service comfortable hotel, but it is a decent price and the rooms are nice enough.

Great value near Badajoz, but need car.
This hotel shows amazing value for the money, but in the middle of nowhere; first restaurants are 5 miles or 8km away. Friendly staff. Watch out: address provided is wrong, and misinterpreted by GPS, it sends you 67 km away! You need to exit at exit 395, NOT km 395!

Great pool
After a long day travelling and site seeing we arrived at hotel, booked in and unloaded our bags in our room then headed for the swimming pool for a few hours relaxation. It was great. The hotel is located out of the city in a quite area, the staff very nice and English was not an issue, rooms are large with a balcony.

Bit of luxury
Me and my friends have been accommodated in a room with good standard and plenty of space. Area around the hotel is very quiet and mature. Patio was outstanding. I wish I could stay longer in this place...

Good hotel for one night
Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price but services were very poor. The reception desk clerk was constantly interrupted by other guests whilst registering our stay. She appeared to have no control over proceedings ,at one time leaving the desk with a driver to give him instructions. The other shock was after a flight from the UK and a 90mile drive we were told no dining room today it's Saturday! The cafe was unmanned and no-one at the bar.The locality is not very pleasant and pretty devoid of bars or resturants. The one we found after driving around for half an hour was pretty rough and ready. Pity as the rooms are good value for money. Tip the hotel address is given as a motorway exit get a map

Dirty and uncomfortable room
Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and others haven't. Unfortunately we ended up in a room not refurbished, so the carpet was dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Many of our group requested a change, but there were not enough rooms for everyone... On the other hand, the staff was nice and the amenities were good.

Comfortable rooms, breakfast not very good and used to be better. This is the 4th time I have stayed here and I believe that the standard of this hotel has gone down. An economical but not very interesting hotel.

Break in a long drive home
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully laid out, comfortable and warm (january). The balcony was a surprise and with open views. It was quiet, comfortable and good value for money.
