The hotel had everything a room needed. Good shower, WiFi, refrigerator, and tea making supplies. The area was near “the mushroom” and within walking distance of the old town. The location was very good.the hotel had a rather modern feel.

Property is clean and it’s in a safe location. Only complaint is that there is no ramp at the entrance and you have to carry your luggage up 5 steps

Great location for walking to all the sites around Seville. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the train station. Take bus 32 from the train station for 1.40 euros (need exact cash or pay over and get no change). Takes about 7 minutes. Get off on the 5th stop at Plaza de Duque and you see the hotel. For taking the bus back to the train station you need to go around the corner in front of Burger King. Basic breakfast included. Our only disappointment was when we asked for a box breakfast since we were going on a tour and would miss breakfast. We verified the procedure two days prior. We verified the morning and night before and were assured all was in order to pick up at reception the next day, But when we went to reception to pick it up they said they had it arranged for the day after. They allowed us to race up to the breakfast room to grab a few pastries to take. Rooms are spacious but are not very soundproof as we could hear the noise from the room next door.

Trip with my grandson.
I had been in Sevilla before but this was my grandson's first trip to Spain so I wanted a hotel whose architecture would blend with the city's. It is across the street from El Corte Ingles, taxis, buses, walkable distance to City Hall, Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Archivo de indias, and much more. The staff is very friendly and the rooms have been remodeled since the first time I stayed there, the bathrooms are comfortable and new.

Great central hotel in Sevilla, has been partially refurbished and the reception area is very nice. Very little street noise considering its location.A/C was very welcome given the temp was in excess of 40 degrees.

The a/c in the room was not working properly. It was very weak. They have a courtyard outisde our window but its empty and barren where a few plants could really help the view.

The steps entering the hotel is a handicap for seniors. The management ought to make it more accessible. Otherwise, the facilities in the room are fabulous!

Disappointed
No onsite parking, and no valet. Getting in/out of the hotel with bags was not easy. Breakfast was in a different hotel due to renovations, not convenient. Location was great and rooms were very nice, but probably won't come back, it was too much of a hassle.

Fantastic break
We had a very good stay at the hotel over Christmas, unfortunately there is major building works happening in the building next door 8am to 8pm (this is obviously out of the hotels hands, but some warning would have been nice) the hotel is at the top end of 3 stars, very nice staff, clean, good breakfast choice, in a fantastic location basically 15 mins stroll from everywhere, they will even look after your bags after checkout at no extra cost, i would recommend this a perfect short break hotel

Great for a short stay
Location was perfect. We were there only 2 nights and the second night, early in the morning, someone next to us was smoking and our room smelled as if they were smoking at the foot of my bed! It woke me up. Very annoying! The beds are not comfortable. The pillow is like a pancake and the covers are just adequate.

The location of the hotel was brilliant. We were in the centre with lots of shops and cafe nearby. Only thing to crumble about was that the beds were too hard for our liking. Didnt have breakfast at hotel as so many eating places nearby. Go up to the 4th floor, great view and balcony.
