I have mixed feelings about this property. The hotel itself is beautiful and different. It is a collection of apartments in a village style in an old Jewish community. However, the first room we got was not sound proof. You could hear every sound from the street. The one window in the entire apartment did not have any sound insulation which meant you could hear everything that happened in the street - absolutely terrible - we were unable to sleep as it was festival time and Spaniards party hard. Plus it has a terrible sewage smell. The second room was better but the toilet did not flush well, it had cockroaches, AND WiFi signal did not work most times. Both rooms were pretty but needed much remodeling. The hotel also says it provides parking but it is not true. It provides valet to a public parking. Coordinating with the hotel staff was challenging because it is hard to drive to the hotel via a one way narrow street which makes it hard for other drivers to wait while you try to alert the hotel staff to take your car. You can drive it yourself to the parking lot but it is deceptive to stay that this hotel offers parking. It does not. Staff was mostly nice and kind but some were okay, if not a bit dismissive. They have a hard job but can do better. To me the measure of a hotel is whether I would stay again or recommend. I can’t do either - will never visit again or recommend, even if it was pretty. It was too expensive for what it offered.

This is an amazing historic property, consisting of a main building and some 40 joined adjacent buildings. Our room was probably the most spacious we ever stayed in Europe. Going from the reception desk to our room took 4 and a half minutes, a tunnel, and 3 separate elevators, needed if you have luggage. Bathroom was newly renovated with a jacuzzi. TV had 5 channels, all in Spanish, not even a single news channel in English, but we were not there to watch TV. I’m sure you will enjoy your stay like we did ours!

It was charming. The courtyards were beautiful and the rooftop was great. It was fun learning how to move around on the property as it can get a little confusing, but the staff is very helpful and nice. My room was spacious and clean for the most part when arrived. The one thing that disappointed me was the bathtub plug did not fit into the drain, so I couldn't fill it and use the jets. The majority of what I wanted to do and see was in walking distance from the hotel. Great stay!

The Hotel was amazing. We loved all the underground tunnels connecting the buildings, they were very unique. The pool on the roof was open earlier than stated on the website (early April) and they made the best mohitos in town. The piano bar was incredible and very unique, with very friendly staff. It was a lovely way to spend an evening listening to the music with a glass of wine. The area was fantastic for walking to all of the sites and there were plenty of options when it came to breakfast, lunch and dinner, we never had to go to the same place twice.

First room, no AC. A man stood in our room for 20 minutes while we sweat. We finally got a room. Up a flight of stairs with no railings and no lights. The ceiling made half the room unusable without repeatedly bumping our heads, which we did. The tv was broken. The shower head was too big for the shower, which didn’t drain. The tub was unusable due to the ceiling. The WiFi didn’t work. The charm of the historic buildings was hard to enjoy without basic necessities. The staff was barely helpful.

We have just stayed for a three day city break in Seville and could not have found a more original, charming, unique hotel which is simply full of eclectic surprises at every twist and turn. The way this collection of houses has been remodelled into a quirky hotel makes it so different to anything else we have stayed in. The alley-ways are corridors, the piano bar is decorated in luxury vintage style like an old palatial house, the pool bar on the rook and pool areas are s a very pleasant surprise and breakfast really well presented. I really cannot fault the service. The location is literally five minutes walk to the Cathedral and Alcaraz, and is only 15 minutes walk from the river and city shopping streets. This place is a real one-off and brilliantly done!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It is centrally located, has an amazing atmosphere with many patios around every corner within the complex. The underground passageways are fun and mysterious, and the patios are lush, leafy and green and the hotel has a lovely piano bar that is relaxing and convenient as well. It was an amazing stay, and I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Perhaps the most unique boutique hotel we have ever encountered. We loved this hotel and its rich history, romantic patios and underground tunnels. Spa was clean and beautiful, and provided excellent and reasonably priced services. The piano bar was lovely too and the rooftop spaces were spectacular.

This historic property is very quirky, it is quite maze like, but beautifully planted and decorated. Cristina at reception was exceptional. She changed our queen bed for a twin as soon as was possible. She also gave excellent recommendations for eating out and entertainment. Our room was up amongst the roof tops and had a little outdoor sitting area, it was just lovely. Very clean, comfy beds. Great shower. Breakfast very nice too. I would love to return.

A truly remarkable hotel, with a quirky side to it. Such an interesting and beautiful property, with courtyards, tunnels, passageways aplenty. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Conveniently situated in the old quarter, with restaurants and cafes in close proximity. My double room was a little small, with just one armchair, but I imagine every room is different. The piano bar is a little gem.

There were many positives about this hotel but a few things were a bit of a downer. It is very busy in the reception so I felt like the staff didn't have the time to give attention. However everything was as it should be. The rooms in the main building were functional and pleasant. No coffee in the room and no complimentary water. Also very oddly the door handle in my bathroom broke and there was no maintenance man after 11pm. But let me say the night receptionist did a great job of opening the door! Also this is not a quiet location so expect noise from the street from early morning and late evening. But also the location is central and everywhere is walkable or reasonable taxi prices. The hotel is very quaint and historic and is so nice with lovely garden areas. You might struggle on the cobbles all through the tunnels. Overall I would recommend this hotel. The roof top bar is fantastic although the pool doesn't open until May. We didn't use the piano bar and we didn't have breakfast as there are so many fabulous places to have brunch. Fantastic city and this is a good base to see all the sights.

Utterly charming and quirky hotel with many patios and sitting areas- junior suite was extremely spacious with its own patio with lovely fountain- room service very good- piano bar on second floor was very entertaining- gracious staff- highly recommended with outstanding restaurants nearby- try Kreade? Japanese- right across street and down less than a block- and El Passaje- excellent local food and efficient friendly service

A truly unique hotel - superb location. Casa de Juderia deserves a visit even if you're not staying there! It's like a labyrinth. I should have spent an hour just meandering the complex. That said, my room was perfectly clean and comfortable, but for the lack of adequate light (day or night). If the curtains were drawn there was no privacy & still too dark for me to read a map or make notes (it was a research trip). I had to sit in the bathroom to read the map. No other room available unfortunately. A few other niggling things but it was just about worth staying there. If I could be guaranteed a room with good lighting I'd very happily return. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t have breakfast. Should have tried the Piano Bar. Very glad I chose this hotel. It is easy to get to using the 4€ airport bus. Seville is full of gems & this Casa is most definitely one of them.

This hotel is amazing with all its courtyards and tunnels. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. The piano bar was such a nice room to come back to after a day sightseeing. Highly recommend.
