The shower/bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver in unless you’re fairly small and the shower pressure isn’t great. The a/c made odd clicking noises so we had to switch to the fan at 2am didn’t sleep well. The pool was a positive and it was fairly quiet for an older establishment.

We always stay here on our way down from Calgary, Alberta to Palm Desert, California. It's right off the I-15 with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are cleans and comfortable.

The stay was quite to be expected. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to be had. The room was nicely furnished. The room was cold originally, and the wall mounted heating unit failed to warm the room. When I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk it didn't work. Fortunately, the phone number was readily available so I could call from my personal phone. The front desk clerk offered to come to my room and look at the issues. After unplugging and re-plugging in the heating unit into the power outlet, it then began to work. No luck on the phone. The toilet was very close to the shower/tub and the privacy door. It was a little awkward. There were also a few mold spots on the shower shelf. There were plenty of towels, and pillows. I could use an in-room iron and ironing board if needed. The room also had a safe for my personal affects (I didn't use it), and a decent sized tv (I didn't use it). I am easy going so nothing here put me off staying. I would stay here again should I visit the area again. (I did not use the pool or exercise room, so I have no comments here.)

Freezing cold pool.
The pool was ICE COLD. We went on a little staycation for the swimming pool and couldn't stay in it longer than a minute because it was so cold. Someone kept slamming the doors next to us, so hard a couple times that it shook our room. This was happening all hours of the night and into the early morning.

Got into the room. I found desk lamp and floor lamp wouldn’t turn on. They were unplugged. So was the TV, and it was disconnected from the coax. Second Kleenex I pulled from the dispenser on the vanity was wet. Saturday morning breakfast was shut down at 0930. Front desk gave poor directions to my room and wouldn’t show me a map until I specifically asked to see it. Won’t stay here again.

When we showed up we ordered a family suite. When we go into the room we saw wood chips in front of the sink drawers when we opened them there was a mouse. We instantly called the front desk and they moved us to another room. In the other room there was food/finger smears all over the microwave. Normally we dont express our concerns with hotels, but then the next morning at breakfast one of the staff members was mean to me and my family. Very disappointed. Even after the mouse incident i am supprised no one reached out to see if they could at least remidie the situation.

The room was spacious, but had older furniture which was a bit beat-up. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The electrical outlet at the desk did not work, which ruled out lighting and device charging at the desk. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

This is a great Best Western hotel. Breakfast buffet good as always. Clean pool, close to Timpanogos cave and other great hikes. Clean facilities and awesome helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel next time.

They need to be taught how to clean
Floor in thr room had not been vacuumed. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. 100 credit card fee for an unclean room is ridiculous. Folded down the bedding, hair in it. Tried to relax in the hot tub...luke warm. Lady yelling the f word at her toddler at 6 am. Overall terrible. Will never stay again.

Everything Was Damp
The room and everything in it was wet from humidity. The air-condition was weak and it didn't take moisture out of the room so everything felt damp. Location was good but other than that I don't know why the ratings are as high as they are.

Elevator wasn't working well. Husband is handicapped and while being assured the room was just off the elevator it was a long long walk down the hall. Staff was not interested in the customer and wanted to get back to whatever he was doing in the back room..So Sorry I disturbed you!
