Hi my name is Jacy Lopez I recently stayed there for one night with my wife and 2 kids and I had to replace keys 3 times come to find out the door handle inserter was dead and had maintenance come and fix it

Walls are pretty thin at this property as we could hear the TV word for word from the room next to us all day and night. Property was nice enough to let us move rooms at bedtime when neighbor’s TV was still going. Who watches that much TV anyway? LOL. Breakfast was great though. Staff was very friendly and did their best.

woke up to ants everywhere. there was hair on the bed and water damage in the walls. Just gross. They gave us a discount on our stay but not enough to make it worth it, just nasty!

The bathroom needs help. Fan could wake the dead, toilet made noises, the plate on the bathtub faucet lever comes away from the wall, and it takes the water forever to get hot. Staff was great, property overall nice, breakfast was good.

Room was ok but security lock wasn’t working properly and asked to fix they said you have to jimmy it. People who suffer with anxiety and needing to be secure was inefficient. Found parts of hotel run down and didn’t seem like they were fixing the areas just covering up. Staff was amazing trying to deal with what they had so unfortunate for them.

The property is just off University Parkway which means it is by everything. The rooms are comfortable and with a full house, you couldn't hear your neighbors which is kind of remarkable. I was to tired to explore the facilities but they seem fine, I'll have to do that the next time I stay.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient motel in a nice area. Green space around hotel nice for dog. Breakfast has scrambled eggs, a meat option, waffles, cereal and other options. The staff are so welcoming and eager to answer questions.

No hot water in the morning at 6am. After running for minutes only barely did it get luke warm. At my age I havent taken a cold shower in a long time. So not happy. The TV remote didnt work either. It was a very old TV at that but not there to watch TV. The free breakfast was also sub par but understandable to a certain extent at that price point. I did call to inform the desk and there was not even a hint of a customer service attemt to even discount or refund a portion of our stay. I mean it is 2024 and you gotta have hot water. It was very clean though so that was an upside.

Room was really clean and well appointed. Staff was very professional and courteous. The breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast. Coffee is available from 5a-10p and breakfast starts at 6a. Walls are a little thin, but overall not an issue. Shower is nice with a tall shower head, and hot water. Bed was super comfy. Location is super convenient to highway, restaurants, shopping, etc. I'd stay here again.

I typically only write rave reviews...however I was displeased with this experience. When I arrived I felt like I was an imposition to McKenzie. Then, I did not have hot water and she did nothing about it. I was charged the usual $50 for incidentals. It has not been refunded 3 days later, even though I left the room immaculate. On the brighter side, the front desk person the morning I left was fabulous. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.

This hotel is VERY well maintained. It is nicely decorated and every detail is tended to. I really enjoyed the quiet orderly atmosphere, handy safe parking, and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.
