Cool down stairs pool and workout facility. Super friendly staff. Front desk made sure she put us in the closest room since my husband just had surgery.

Room was a little dirty. There was long blond hair in our bathroom, which wasn’t ours. The AC unit was super loud, unable to sleep with the unit on. Staff was fantastic and the location is great for visiting BYU.

There was a used bar of soap in our shower, stains on the blanket and curtains. No hot water for the morning shower.

Clean place, nice and quiet. Bed was a little hard. Kept waking up with sore hips. (We're used to a mattress topper.) Breakfast was subpar. Fake "egg" omlettes are less than appealing. First day there was no sausage or bacon with it, just biscuits and gravy. No good options for us low carb/sugar folks. Bananas were turning black. Not just one or two of them, they were ALL black. Do you not even look at them before you set them out?

Right across the street from Lavell Edwards Stadium and close to downtown Provo. Building well kept, but the walls are a little thin. Reasonably priced, and friendly front desk.

Carpets stapled and taped down and warn. Room was dirty and friend had dirty towels when checking in. Checkin process very slow with untrained desk clerk. The place needs better management I would call this hotel a Best Western minus, not a Best Western plus.

Hotel is beautiful but the night staff while checking in was lazy and rude the morning gal was a sweetheart though! The breakfast had no gluten free options which was very disappointing all carbs no protein to fuel your day. The hotel itself is nice and very clean in a safe area with very comfortable beds.

Do not stay here!!!!
It was terrible. The lobby looked clean and nice but the room was so dirty and gross. There was food all over all the counters. Hair in the bed. Crap all over the walls. Big soap spots all over the shower and tub. When the heater came on it made the loudest noises.it sounded like someone had but shoes in a dryer. We had to turn it off and freeze all night just to get a little sleep. When i went to the front desk to talk to someone about it. There was never anyone there. Even at checkout, just a note leave keys here.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. One day they had eggs and bacon, as well as all the normal fare of waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, etc. The next day was biscuits and gravy with all the other things the same. The only complaint I have at all is that the beds were not as comfortable as I like, but I still slept fairly well. It was nice and quiet and close to a Denny's and a Walmart and BYU.

We came up for a basketball game at BYU. It was very close to the venue. dWe enjoyed use of the fitness equipment. The breakfast was easy and plenty to choose from. Everything worked in the room. Plenty of plugs for charging.
