Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Cons: Worst customer service experience of my life. Never offered an apology for a mixup that was 100% the hotel staffs fault.
The lady working the front desk did not have any idea what she was doing. She kept telling me that my credit cards were declined, but my room had already been paid for thru Expedia. This credit card was only needed for any incidentals and should have only been for $20. After multiple phone calls to my bank and CC fraud departments I was assured my cards had not been declined. All I got from the front desk clerk was "it's not our fault". It turns out it WAS all their fault. I even asked for a manager and was denied. After a second time requesting a manager he came to the check in desk. I explained that I had 3 credit cards with me and had been told all 3 had been declined. I told him I didn't understand the problem as I had spoken to my bank and learned they had not been declined. His answer was "I don't understand either since I don't work in a bank. While I had a bank employee on the phone I asked if they could try my card again. The manager had to walk the clerk through every single step and correct her at every turn. She finally told me my card was accepted. I was late for a dinner because I had been held up for over an hour. When I got to my room I checked all of my accounts online and learned that the clerk had charged my 3 different credit cards a total of an additional 6 nights stay. This was a one night stay by the way. All three of my cards had been locked out by that point. Never got an apology and had to travel home with no CC for food or gas.

Great experience. Would suggest serving breakfast especially on Sunday in a Morman city.

SUCH A SMALL SINK AREA

Location: LOCATION IS CLOSE TO SHOPPING
VERY BAD SET UP OF A ROOM.... THE SINK AREA IS SO SMALL.... ONE PERSON ONLY AT A TIME. THE BED FACED THE AIR BLOWING ON US ALL NIGHT. THE TV WAS TO THE SIDE OF THE BED. THE TOILET RAN ALL NIGHT. AFTER OUR 2ND NIGHT, OUR BACKS HURT. IF YOU WANT BREAKFAST, YOU PAY FOR IT.

Was very comfortable bed and very clean. Wished there was more then one washer and dryer, didn't get to do my clothes. Will stay again.

Clean, in order, nice staff, but unable to get channels in the lobby and public TV area to watch the game on TNT. Other than that, perfect.

Not worth the Marriott price.

Hotel was clean enough. Room was alright in size and amenities. Service was lousy. We requested a crib for our infant. After not being brought to the room after hours of waiting we went and asked at the desk again for it. They never did bring a crib even after promising twice. The hotel was not worth the $. If staying in Provo stay at the Holiday Inn Express, it was a superior hotel to the Marriott. Very disappointed in our Marriott experience.
