Nice Enough Hotel

Pros: The free breakfast was more than just bagels and fruit. There was bacon, eggs, oatmeal, waffles -- lots to choose from.
Cons: The hot tub was closed, and the heated pool was still freezing. If I had known this ahead of time, we would have stayed elsewhere for our kids.
Location: Well, it's Provo, so there's BYU, two LDS temples, and a lot of places for youngins to go on dates.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our purpose. A little more expensive than I think it was worth, but not by much.

Thank you for your kind review! I apologize that the hot tub was out of order. There was emergency repairs that we had to do to the roof above it, and because of that the doors and windows had to be kept open, causing the pool to be pretty cold. We hope that it didn't impact your stay too much, and we hope to see you again!

Customer service and housekeeping were incredible. Close to university and hospital - far enough away to get a quiet night of sleep away from university and hospital. Would stay here again!

Pool disappoints.

The pool was only 70.ish degrees, the whirlpool (hot tub) was maybe 90. Quite bummed. When you stay with kids, it's all about the pool. Room was awesome though.

I'm sorry to hear about our pool not feeling like it was warm enough. We did just undergo some renovations to our pool and hot tub and that might have been the cause. Usually our pool is at 78 degrees and our hot tub is 104 degrees. If your travels bring you back this way, I hope you keep us in mind. Thank you for staying with us.

Nice hotel, close to many downtown activities.

Cons: The size of the breakfast area was rather small and crowded.
Location: There are many activities to do, including a visit to the Heber Creeper, a large choice of different eating facilities, skiing, beautiful scenery.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Breakfast was very nice. The only drawback was the breakfast area was rather small and crowded. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

not too impressed

The room was too small for us. For the amount of payment, we thought that the room would be like a suite. The breakfast was not that great. Scramble eggs were too powdery and it looked like instant. The bagels were too dry.

Pros: The hotel staff and the location.
Cons: More hot water for making tea and hot chocolate at the lobby.
Location: The mall and restaurants are in the vicinity.
We were very satisfied with everything. Plan to stay there again.
