Clean and comfortablePosted Oct 5, 2015
The hotel was only 10 minutes down the roads from BYU. It was well kept and comfortable. I would stay there again.

A nice clean hotelPosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: We liked the condition of the property. It is clean and quiet but close to downtown restaurants and shopping.
Cons: It would be nice for the front desk to have a list of local restaurants to hand to guests. I was reading in the lobby and I heard several guests ask.
Location: Close to the mall and downtown and will be very close to the soon to be opened Provo LDS Temple.
We came into town to enjoy the 4th of July celebration and this hotel was close to the downtown area ( not walking distance). We were a short drive tofood and entertainment. There is a mall and movie theater across the street and fast food in the front parking lot. The property is very clean and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. If you are visiting Provo for business or to visit the nearby University (Go Cougars!) this is a great home base. We have already booked another visit to Provo and we will stay here!

Tell the maids to be quiet when cleaning at 7:30Posted Jun 30, 2015 on Hotels
I work 80 hours a week. I needed some peace and quiet. I sure didn't get it here. On Saturday morning at 7 30 the maids were making a racket out in the hall. Speaking at the top of their voices. Totally rude. I went to ask for manager no manager until Monday. Really? Also the breakfast staff could not keep up with the people dining there. Everything was empty and took forever to replenish. I really don't like spending money to get a 7 30 wake up call especially when I really need the rest. Never going back there. Also not enough parking spaces. Had to park at hotel next door and pray that I wouldn't get towed away. Very disappointed

ProvoPosted Jun 10, 2015 on Hotels
The staff and hotel were both very nice, very clean. The neighbourhood is fine, it's just in a nondescript part of town. There are only 2 negatives about this chain of hotels. The paper cups in the room annoy me (needlessly but still) and the breakfast is always just microwavable eggs ect which is pretty unapealing. Over all though I've stayed at many of these hotels and this is a good one for sure.

This was a fine hotel, no complaints at all..... but not much to do, and without a microwave in the room, forced to visit one of the not great local restaurants. Can't blame the hotel for the location though. Provo? Not a destination venue. Forced to visit by work requirements.
