Worst mattress ever! No satisfaction from front desk re changing room. Breakfast at 8:15 included lukewarm weak coffee, stale pastry and gummy oatmeal. Some serving utensils were broken. Breakfast serving area was run down. We probably would have felt better about breakfast had we slept!

I visit my college student about 3 times a year in Provo and have stayed at 6 different hotels around the same price point, and this one is definitely one of the best. The room and hotel in general was really clean, the rooms are a bit outdated, but they didn’t feel “old” because they were maintained well. Property was nicely kept, the kids loved the heated pool and Jacuzzi, although it was a bit small for the number of people using it on weekends, so if you’re wanting a swim, don’t go on weekends or evenings, it’s absolutely packed full of families. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but my husband said it was good and that they had a lot of choices especially the hot breakfast. Staff was super helpful and friendly and it was located super close to UVU which is where we were visiting my daughter at. The ONE drawback is that it’s right off the busy freeway, so it’s pretty loud. I spent the first few hours thinking the window was open because of the traffic noise, but it was just loud. Overall, I give this place a 9.5/10 for the price and features, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit, it’s much better than similar options in the same area.

Even though the property was half empty, we were placed in a room right by the lobby and storage closet and parking lot. Staff was slamming the storage closet constantly and cars were shining their headlights in our room constantly during check it at all times of night. This room shouldnt even be in the hotel or even used.

Great hotel off the freeway.
This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay again. Dove products in bathroom, plenty of towels.

Check in was good. Front desk clerk was helpful and checked in the pool area frequently. Keeping it clean and the rowdy kids in check. Hot tub was hot and pool was room temp but not cold. Breakfast was ok. Sadly the hot water was out but the microwave in the room worked.
