The room was a nice size with a couch/sitting area. Most importantly the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower. was big and the coffee/tea and a refrigerator in the room were an added bonus. Staff members were quick to check us in and suggest restaurants in the area. I love the walkability of Provo and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants. A nearby hike in Rock Canyon (about 10 minutes away) was beautiful.

Really nice, comfortable and clean facility. Breakfast has good variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Gym and pool looked nice as well. Due to downtown location, the parking garage was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. I liked to property very much and will definitely return.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren wirklich sauber und das Personal freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich gut und ausgewogen. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer so laut, dass ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Daran sollte man denken, wenn man das Hotel bucht.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location in downtown Provo. The Lavell Edward Stadium is a mile away; there are dozens of eating places around. The Provo Temple is at a walking distance as well as the Provo Library. The hotel has a very nice fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment and a nice pool where one can swim laps or play around. It is a great place.

It was okay. Staff were kind of unfriendly. The walls of the rooms were so thin we would get woken up early in the morning from others including cleaning staff yelling and slamming doors. Beds were pretty uncomfortable too & our necks and back got so sore. Would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only downfall is the parking is in a parking garage and you have to walk to get to the hotel. But overall we were very pleased and would stay again.
