Card key entry system does not work properly. Stayed 2 nights. Card key reader flashed "red" on the morning after check-in after returning from breakfast. I am disabled. Had to walk from my room to lobby and back twice in order to finally gain entry (about 2,000 ft total). Same problem the second day. Upon complaining at check-out the desk clerk said, "Oh yea. Sometimes you have to pull up on the door handle instead of pushing down." You should get an ADA complaint on this one. Also, the water level in your fancy "green" compliant toilets is too high. Toilet bowl water washes your "business" by surprise. Disgusting! You should get a County Health Department complaint about this one.
