entrance under construction

had a hard time finding entrance. was charged 50 dollars for possible costs then was charged again for room when I had already paid on expedia. I will not stay there again.

I'd stay here again

Recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. No bathtub, standing shower only. Stores right down the street.

In town to work for a few days

Nice hotel for the week

Pros: Pet friendly hotel and they do not charge extra for your pet unlike some of the others near by.
Location: We spent time at the bowling center at the top of the hill. Great facility, clean and good staff.
In town working for a week. Staff was great to help with everything we needed

Close to I-15

We always stay at this property when traveling between Montana and Arizona. The rooms were very poorly cleaned, or rather, not cleaned. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The hotel has been upgraded and hopefully the management will address the housekeeping issues.

Under major construction and Terrifying Elevator.

Under construction, mess and detours through out the hotel. Got to the 4th floor via a metal on metel screeching elevator that did a slight drop. Thought we were going to die. Room keys didn't work. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Took stairs down 4 flights. Had keys re activated. Desk clerk asked why I didn't call, I said I did but there was no answer. She chuckled and said oh that was you, I promise I will answer next time. Asked for a different elevator, had to walk to the other end of the hotel to use it. Clerk seemed unbothered at the terrifying metal noises coming from the elevator. No screens on the windows so we couldn't open without bugs flying in. Don't stay here.

Not impressed

The room had not been cleaned well. Previous people's food left in the fridge. Splattered food in the microwave. Urine around the toilet. Dusty. Stains on the sheets. Won't be going back.

Not worth the price

The hotel staff was unprofessional and rude. He asked for my CC for incidentals and swipped it without any other information. I asked what the amount was and he answered. When I told him that he should tell people that before hand he said "I assumed it was implied when I said incidentals." In what world is a dollar amount implied with the word incidentals? Then i informed him that I was traveling alone with two young children and needed either the bottom floor or a room close to the door since Id have to juggle carrying luggage and two sleeping kids. Instead he gave me to top floor and a room literally in the middle of the building. There is so much more to this that resulted in me only getting 3 hrs of sleep. The bathroom doors werent actual doors either. They were closet doors. I will never stay here again. Im disappointed. I want my money back.

Great hotel!

Very nice staff, beautiful remodeled rooms! The hote is under construction so I won't rate them low because of that. It'll be beautiful when it's done. Very comfortable beds!
