The staff was very nice and responded quickly to the two minor issues that I had while I was there. The breakfast was amazing and the area was kept clean. The hotel is centrally located so you are close to BYU, entertainment and restaurants. The best thing is that my room was huge and it had a mini walk-in closet.

Hotel is laid out well and reasonably spacious,but lacks nice funiture and decor in the rooms. So the rooms feel very austere and basic, no touch of plush.

Favorite Provo Hotel
We stay at this hotel a couple times a year for different events in Provo!! It is our favorite place to stay. Always clean, fun location & great service!

Loved it!
We loved it. The only complaint we had was that our truck was too tall to fit in the parking garage. We were told to park it in the Smith's Grocery parking lot a block or two away.

Very disappointed
Not good. Parking garage was terrible. Could not fit my vehicle under the height limit. Had to park across the street. Complained to Manager and they did nothing to make my stay a pleasant one. No valet available. The shower curtain smelled horrible when it got wet. The tub didn't drain well. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It is a convenient location with many dining options within walking distance and near the college we were going to for my son's graduation. I did not like the shower products with essential oils in them. The body wash especially was a complete turn off and made me nauseous every time I had to use it. Using odd oils is a risk and not everyone thinks what one person likes is what all will like. I thought it was horrendous. I also was very disappointed at having paid nearly $300 a night for a room with a small kitchen in it that there were no amenities whatsoever for use. No plates, no utensils, etc. We like having a fridge and microwave to utilize for leftovers, but found it frustrating to have all the cupboards and drawers of little value. Staybridge Suites is much better and much more reasonable in price. I understand it was marked up because of BYU graduation week and we had few options available. Still disappointing.

This property was super clean and they were so friendly at the front desk. Loved that the tv had Netflix, nice to be able to watch a show and not n just commercials. Overall would stay here again!!

The inside of the hotel was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean and comfortable. The parking garage elevator was crap. It took us to the wrong floor several times and wouldn’t come to the floor when we needed to get back on so we ended up taking the stairs with all our dance convention bags and costumes. It was a pain.

Spacious rooms!
The room was very nice. It was very spacious, and I love that it had a mini fridge! The lobby was fairly busy when we arrived, and we had to wait a few minutes to check in. We also had problems with our TV not working. Someone came up and checked on it, then went and found a working TV and replaced it within just a few minutes. Very nice hotel with great service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and courteous. The amenities were up to date, clean and well maintained. I most enjoyed my time at the bar. The two gentlemen that tended the bar gave exemplary service to every customer while I was there. The food was yummy to include the burgers and sweet potato fries. Noisy. I expressed my frustration and was told they couldn’t do anything because there was a dance competition. Really? So that means all policies and other guests don’t matter? I will never again stay here. I have had much better sleep in Las Vegas and Disneyland. How are they able to do it and a place in PROVO Utah can’t figure it out? Really poor excuses, customer service and rest. Never again pay the extra and stay across the street at the Hyatt. I have stayed there before and should have done it again. I thought I would give this place a try but lesson learned.

Paid for a unit with a kitchenette....no supplies provided for said kitchenette....original assigned room faced a very ugly brick wall....requested and was assigned a second room with a "view" to the mountains through a fogged window with a torn window screen that had been duct taped....very bad impression over all...spa jets did not work....

I booked this room several weeks in advance and paid $400 per night because I was told our group rate was no longer available. While waiting to check in I spoke to two other friends who booked the hotel two days prior to checking in and were given the group rate of $144 per night. When I checked in I tried to have the manager adjust my rate to the group rate but was told they were unable to do that.

Our group rates typically have a limited amount of rooms, which could have been why it wasn't available. When booking reservations directly with Marriott there are times we are able to make changes to the rate if there are changes or cancellations with the group. We have stayed here many times. It’s always clean and the staff is great! This time it was really noisy on the floor we stayed. We could hear people talking as if they were in the same room. There were lots of kids running and screaming up and down the halls. We would stay here again despite this being the first time we’ve experienced the noise.

I am sorry your stay was interrupted by kids running in the halls. We have security available at all times preventing interruptions and ensuring our guests are not disturbed by others in the hotel.
