The staff was fabulous!!! My room waa clean and well stoked with linen. The restaurant connected to the hotel was esthetically perfect for the ambiance of the hotel and the area.

Didn’t realize there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. When I asked if we could get a ground floor room the check in clerk said it was completely booked. It was only 15 minutes into the check in time. My husband and I are in our 70s and I was a bit upset we couldn’t be helped. She basically told me I could cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. I was very tempted to but wouldn’t be able to get refunded without considerable effort and this was the first stop on an extended trip. The room itself was comfortable but I felt it would have been nice to know there was no elevator.

Staff was great, the room was fine. I did use the workout room and it was very small, so small that it heated up quickly. Fortunately there was no one else working out when I was, otherwise it would not have been good.

The key cards don't work. Went to the front office four times before someone finally came and helped. By that time two other people were trying to get into their rooms as well and the cards wouldn't work.

Poor maintenance. Lights burned out, electrical outlet cover broken and laying on the floor, cracked sink, seems like it needs a major upgrade. Not typical of Wyndom properties we have stayed in.

We did not have any problems with check-in. Our first room we got. We had 2 maintenance issues. One of the window drapes was torn. And the toilet was not working. We did raise this issue with a staff member. The staff member assigned us to another room, this room their was no problems with our stay. Breakfast was also very nice! A good selection of breakfast items.

The check in staff was nice. I’m the morning I had to ask for a blow dryer and was not able to get one. Clerk not very pleasant. Won’t stay again.

The front desk staff were eating while serving you. We had to have our key cards changed three times before they worked and then only sporadically. The room, though clean, needs upgrading. The doors are all damaged at the bottom, the curtains don't fully close and the bed linen consists of a thin sheet and a coverlet. We will not stay again.

We walked 26 minutes from the Amtrak station. We arrived late and your staff was welcoming. The bathroom fan didnt work. We stayed 3 nights.

You get what you pay for, so don’t expect a posh hotel or toiletries that match or a great breakfast. But my stay was fine. Check in and check out were easy, even with Expedia as a third party. The highway noise didn’t bother me (as I feared it would): it was sort of a constant white noise. The beds were comfortable enough. We didn’t hear the neighbors except when the shower was running. The breakfast was just okay: we love waffles and were glad to see an iron with two kinds of batter. But stop it with 30 seconds left or it’s overcooked. No syrup one morning. No butter the other. No yogurt. Minimal fruit. But we weren’t at this hotel to gorge ourselves. If you’re wanting someplace really nice, go splurge elsewhere.

Something makes me think our order may have have got passed up by accident cause it never came last week including a new General Manager, Front-Office Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor and a Breakfast Attendant. I sincerely apologize for everything u listed and please know we are working toward making this hotel a better more comfortable place for our guests.. Thank You again

This property is old and is in great need of repair. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was courteous and efficient. The accommodations were older and falling into a bit of disrepair, but still clean. The rooms were poorly soundproof, could hear snoring from next door. But still got a decent nights sleep. I would still recommend for a weary traveller needing somewhere to lay their head.

This property is very dated. The night time attendant is not friendly. It seems they have a sewage problem. The lobby bathroom smelled like it was backed up when it wasn’t & the same with our room 133.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up to help me check in. Person was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was not great and toilet didn't flush properly. Stay was just adequate.
