Stayed one night. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable except for a few major problems - the bathroom sink took forever to drain and you had to flush the toilet at least 3 x's before anything happen. Left early the next day and was going to let the front desk know about these problems but there was no one there!

Breakfast is actually good here
I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for a business conference and enjoy my stay each time. Clean hotel with a good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good afternoon Sir,Our staff are not trained to handle credit card inquiries so that we are able to limit any possible fraud or theft of our guests' card information. In regards to your reservation, everything was posted as per your booking. You did not prepay this reservation with Expedia, but rather booked a Pay At The Hotel reservation. We charged the same card you booked with. We are sorry your experience was poor. There are other hotels in the Provo area you may choose from the next time you wish to visit.

Very clean and well kept
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice free breakfast just wish the mattresses were a little more comfortable. Other than that they stay was great!

The property was great and staff was friendly. However Expedia failed to notify them that I have a service dog even though they told me they did. The person who checked me in was not really happy about it but they had no choice because she is a service animal.

Location was great for what we needed but the entire hotel was loud and the lobby floor had chocolate milk and pool water everywhere. The room was very expensive for the quality.

Unfortunately I had a room right by the trash cans so it was loud on trash day in the early AM but other days it was loud due to staff dumping trash into large outdoor bin. I appreciated the air conditioning but the unit was so loud that we had to shut it off at night.

Convenient for my needs…as I was picking up a puppy from a breeder who lived close by. Dennys restaurant was within walking distance and I had a very good meal there. I was there for just one night….room was clean…liked the fact that the toilet room had a sink and the shower room had one as well….shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable…when traveling I will indeed consider Springhill Suites as an accommodation again!

The Woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Great location to many restaurants and also BYU.

Great place to stay
The room was great. We loved the space and the layout. The split shower room and toilet room was interesting, but it actually works really well. The beds could have been more comfortable. The shower was hard to figure out at first, but we got it after playing with the faucet. I liked the sofa bed! Instead of a “traditional” sofa bed, it had a trundle bed underneath that pulled out. The hot breakfast was nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We needed some food before breakfast actually opened one morning and the night manager got us a bunch of stuff to take with us. The location was perfect for our convention at the Utah Valley Convention Center. It was right down the street and there are a bunch of Dinning options one street away.
