I DID NOT STEAL OR DESTROY ANYTHING!

Was a late reservation, but was very accommodating! I still don't like having to do a credit card deposit! I mean it is not like the hotel and/or hotels.com does not know how to contact me. I do understand that a minority of persons are destructive, but to treat everyone as such a person is unfair. As a retired prison chaplain, I DO NOT TREAT EVERYONE I DEAL WITH LIKE THE PERSONS I DEALT WITH THERE. Therefore, I find it offensive to be treated as a vandal or thief!

Dear Willard, I do apologize that you were not very pleased and uncomfortable with the security deposit policy we impose just like other hotels. Security deposit are returned 100% to our guests after checking the room and no breakage/damage is/are found. We offer competitive price and additional cost on repairs could significantly affect us financially. I do hope for your kind understanding. Thank you for staying at our hotel.
