Get away

Cons: more water pressure
The staff is helpful, waiting for them to get there hot breakfast up and running, close to everything

hotel smelled and my room bedding was dirty.

My first room at check in smelled and all the bedding was dirty I complained and got another room which was a bit cleaner but in general it looked and smells aweful. I have stayed her in the past with no problem but after this experience I will no longer stay her.

Very nice staff.

Pros: Good breakfast buffet. Nice staff.
Cons: Remotes that work would be nice.
Location: Close to lots or places to eat.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. My remote did not work. I received new batteries from the front desk but that did not resolve the problem.

The pool was nice

My room smelled like stale cigarettes. The whole place smelled like it was old and needed some air freshener. The ice bucket had something growing up the lid and was was covered in dust which means it is not cleaner between guests. I could not find anyone when I checked out. I rang the bell and waited for 10 minutes and had to leave. For the most part everything was ok and I got what I paid for

Mixed Bag...

This hotel/motel is in a very sketchy part of town and I did not feel safe altogether, nor was I certain that my vehicle would be safe. The room smelled stuffy, and of years of smoke and booze. The room was quiet, however, and the bed was clean and comfortable and the A/C worked fine. We were attending an event being held at the hotel in the ballroom. The pool area was clean and quite nice.

Hi Jennifer: Thanks for your comments. I will be looking into your room conditions as they should not smell like smoke or alcohol. I am concerned you didn't feel safe. The exterior doors to the building are always locked and we are always walking around the property to ensure guest safety, so it sounds like we need to do a better job with that. Thanks for the comments on the bed and the pool and I will be sharing all these comments with the GM

It looks sort of beat up from the curb but is very nice inside and has a better than average breakfast and convenient location near interstate.

Hotel is worn, but room was ok.

Hotel is worn. Difficult check in due to computer issues. TV didn't work. Talked to front desk and maintenance but no one ever came to our room.
