Good stay

Came to colorado for a few days after checking in went grabed my newphew, and he stayed here with me. Bith me and him liked it. It looked like they were remodeling alot of the rooms. Its right there by the highway. They have a pool and a hot tube. Dunkin' Donuts Is also righ there with the hotel. If your like me and go to walmart to get two littlers of pop walmart is right around thd block.

An okay Experience

The staff was very friendly kind and supportive! However, the room was somewhat clean. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation! The beds were very difficult to sleep on. Not comfortable at all!

Close to restaurants

The bathroom's are small. The pool was ice cold and the jets didn't work in the hot tub.

Hi Debra: I am sorry about the hot tub, we did have some issues over the last week which are resolved. I spoke to the maintenance team and the pool should be at 84 but they are checking it this morning. I hope the remainder of your stay was pleasant and we hope to see you in the future.

Best hotel I've been in in a very long time1

Pros: Everything.
The staff were friendly -- even very late at night. The room was absolutely spotless, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in at any hotel I can remember. The whole experience was just lovely.

Pros: Friendly people.
TV did not work in first room we were aasigned to. Motel manager upgraded us to another room.

Pros: I felt safe. It was clean and comfortable
Cons: Put a microwave and frig in the rooms. I was not happy that my room did not have these items.
Location: I am a walker so I walked to the mall, K Mart, and several restuarants.
The staff was great. I made used their pool and bar. Everything was close by. I say here again.

Can't wait for the updates!

Staff was amazing, room was clean, but everything needs updated! Our A/C worked, but our travel partners needed to change rooms to cool off and it was quite an ordeal. The lounge ran out of everything we ordered to drink, however they explained they just took over, and had not even had time for inventory. The rooms and hotel are in dire need of updating, but the new management seems to understand that and have it in the plans. The outside "entertainment" was only on the weekend, but definitely did not make the location desirable, it's a little unsettling being begged for money as you enter your room. The breakfast was much better than expected though.

Just Ok

Overall Ok. Not as clean as pictures make it look. Long wait to check-in due to only one receptionist available to check-in.

Some man told me I could come up to his room later that evening as I was unpacking my car!!Asa single woman I did not appreciate this! It was loud everyone slamming doors and workman fixing something in the hallway right at 8:00AM, drilling and making a lot of noise and blocking access to the office / breakfast areas. Why could that work not have waited until after the morning rush of people eating breakfast and leaving?? What if I wanted to sleep later like until 9:00 there is no way I could of done that with all the noise there. I would not return again.

I am sorry your stay was not to standards. First, security is paramount at our facility and I have passed on your concerns to the staff for coaching and training. I am so sorry this happened you. During your stay we were upgrading the telephone and guest internet for a better experience. I am sorry that this was intrusive as we thought we designed a plan that would be seamless to our guests, but apparently we failed. We recently purchased this hotel and we are having growing pains as well as upgrade pains. We are renovating both the rooms, common areas and re-training staff. We welcome your input and we will use this as a coaching experience for the team.
