We booked a single king and pre paid for it, but when we checked in they didn't have any available. So she says we have a double queen. I said okay fine, and I got no price break for it either. So we finished checkin and went to our room. Turns out she also put us on the freeway side of the building which was noisy of course! After driving for 11 hours we didn't want noise, anyway we decided just to deal with because we didn't want to deal with moving all of our bags to another room. So we get ready for showers and bed, and of course there was no hot water! We decided to wait until morning to see if maybe the hot water tank needed to heat up. Morning come along and no fricken hot water! So now I'm absolutely livid about the whole ordeal! We pack up and try to check out just before 5am and when I finally was able to find somebody at the front desk to let me in the lobby, after telling her about the hot water she proceeded to blow it off and didn't even apologize about it. So I walked out and went on my way. So I and my entire family are NEVER going to stay at a Days Inn by Wyndham again! I think I should get a full refund for my stay!
