This property is absolutely disgusting and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk guy was racist and became aggressive towards us to the point the police had to get involved. Definitely getting my money back.

Pool was.ice.cold for winter months. Frint desk persin was on his phone. Not even a good morning or even looked up off his phone! Room had nore dudt than my country house. Toilet seat loose almost hit the floor No do not bot desturb sign. No pen or paper. Still left a tip lol

Staff never even looked up to check out. Finally just put the keys in the bucket & left. Of course they could care less since you guys (Expedia)had charged our room on our credit card the day we made reservations. Since they had the situation with the freeway shutdown in Pueblo, tried to cancel the reservation with Expedia & we were informed there would be NO REFUND no matter what. Will never make any future reservations with your company

All of the staff I encountered were very nice. The property was pretty dingy and it smelled like smoke and animal urine in the building. My room wasn't very clean and it looked like no one had vacuumed the carpet or sanitized the bathroom. Everything smelled like animal urine and like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke. The parking lot was well lit, but was pretty sketchy. I was definitly worried my car would get broken into. I stayed here because they were pet friendly, but didnt realize that the pet deposit had to be in cash. I was able to work that out, but it wasn't mentioned on their website. Overall the service was good but the room/shared spaces were really gross and stunk. Had I not already paid for the room and checked in late at night, I would have tried to stay somewhere else.

Two broken glass doors on the way in from the parking lot. No elevator to second floor. Carpets on back door stairway were stained & filthy. Outside rear door did not lock at night, even though a sign said to use the front entrance after 10. Room was adequate, but could have used a vacuuming. First hotel with no ironing board & iron. No cups at bathroom sink. Had to call front desk to turn off ceiling fan. Switch was broken & it looked like it would fall down. Water in toilet tank ran every few minutes - wasting a lot water. Breakfast was cereal, plastic fruit cups, yogurt & oatmeal. Surprised that Wyndam hasn't paid more attention to this property.

Don't do it
The staff was kind and very accommodating. Room was disgusting. Bed comforter had holes, the walls were dirty and the bathroom was gross! The side door into the building was shattered and held together with tape. I refused to shower due to the condition of the bathroom. Tv in room Didn't work. For a 173.46 night, I expected a whole lot cleaner. Was given a 73.00 discount off my bill which was nice. Never again will I stay at this hotel again. Be warned!

Absolutely awful! I’ve never experienced such a poorly run hotel. Showed up after midi night and was told my room was marked as a no show. Apparently their policy is (I need to call if I will be arriving later than midnight) NOWHERE does their policy state that. It clearly states check in time starts at 3pm & “check in time ends at anytime” they have refused to refund me for my hotel & continue to lie about their policy.

Pleasantly surprised
I booked a smoking room, and I usually expect a neglected room with damaged furniture & cigarette burns everywhere but this one was nice and clean and comfortable. Compared to the room I had the previous night further north in Colorado this was 100% better. Guests were quiet, staff was friendly, and check in was quick & easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Horrible and dangerous. Bums all around. Horrendous smell of marijuana throughout entire hotel. No elevator. The only good thing was the front desk employee was very kind. It was so bad we left the hotel after an hour, drive an hour away and booked a different hotel in Colorado Springs.

Check in was fast and simple. Service was excellent.Had a bit of a sugar low, counter person gave me a snack, that was appreciated. Swimming pool was to cool to swim in. One of the out side doors was in need of repair. Over all I would stay at Days Inn again.

State Fair Failure
There was water and dirt standing in bathtub, you could feel dirt under your feet on carpet. There was a frozen exploded Dr. Pepper can in the freezer part if the mini fridge so we couldn’t use it. The bedding had burn holes in it. Overall it was the worst place I have stayed and for 155.00 a night I expected more. We come in late at night and leave early in the mornings wanted a nice comfortable place to sleep during the Colorado State Fair.

Book Directly with the Hotel
The stay itself was amazing, however our reservation was non existant. I paid in advance and it was non refundable. The hotel is great, but make your reservations directly. I tried to make my reservation through hotels.com and they charged me for a non refundable room, then didn’t send in my reservation. I had to pay out of pocket for my room and still can not get a refund for my original reservation.
