Nice but too many inconviences

We stayed here with other family members in other rooms for 7 days the 1st day was fine. The next day, the pool as closed down with no advance notice for 2 days and the fitness room equipment was unusable for 2 day also. We tried to talk to a manager about the in convinces, and the hotel staff said everyday they did not know when he would be in, and they could do nothing about a bill adjustment. One day they finally said that he would be in that day between 8 am-10 am. We waited to talk till after 12 and he still was not in. We went to see family that day, and checked when we came back that evening, and they said he had been there till about 5 pm that day, but would be there the next AM. The next day it was the same story, nobody knew anything or could do anything. The rooms were not cleaned a couple of days and no toiletries left in room. They did have comfortable beds though. Probably will not stay there again and will use a different site to boom Am

Unprofessional staff and not ADA compliant

Trouble with key cards on arrival, then had other guests walk into our room - front desk staff made an error in room assignment. The next morning they tried to sort it out - apparently they had no idea where we were/ who was in what room all night. Not very comforting had there been an emergency! Staff on duty in morning was not friendly - seemed like she hated her job. Hotel is also not ADA (disability act) compliant - no elevators. Staff said their company just purchased hotel (excuse for non-compliance and staff errors). Hate it when companies don't take responsibility for errors.

Ideal for sight seeing

Pros: Staff are very helful .....room was really good ...facilities at hotel good
Cons: We stayed in room 102 .....nothing wrong with it but the main stairway finishes on the 1st ( US 2nd ) floor ....significant noise from folk going up
Location: Pueblo - City Park , Garden of the gods ,Sand Dunes etc
Good location for visiting the are ...we travelled as far as the Huge Sand Dunes .....hotel is really clean ..staff extremely helpful and gave suggestions for visits etc ....breakfast was good

We loved the helpful an happy staff. Breakfast was better than expected. I believe I'd stay there again.

Crazy Corner of Love

Love the room we were put in. Comfortable cozy corner, completely with a leather loveseat & gorgeous views!! Our hotel clerk treated us like gold (Jacob?). Convenient to restaurants, Walmart, and a cute little coffee shop, Tuscan Bean.

Quiet Friendly Hotel

we enjoyd our room and the hotel guest were very friendly check in was excellent, they remembered me from my last stay and checked me in to my favorite room very accommodating....

This is a very clean hotel. Great location away from the homless that roam the streets in this town. Great safe hotel for all travelers. Good breakfast nice people
