Nice rooms but could use some workPosted Mar 5, 2017
The room was comfortable and nice and everything was up to par but a couple things one being the tile floor for the bathroom was very sticky and not cleaned well and I had to run outside around midnight to my car and when I came back to the lobby doors I was unaware that they lock after a certain time and I had no room key with me since my husband was in my room to open the door for me so I pressed the intercom button to get someone's attention and nothing and I kept trying for a few mins and nothing so luckily I had taken my phone with me so I had to call my husband to run down and trigger the doors from the inside so I could get back in and the next night we went to grab dinner and we had our hands full and get to our room and low and behold the key wasn't working so I had to set our food on the floor and go back down the elevator to get them to reactivate our key cards and that happened many times during our three nights which was very frustrating since we were on the third floor and housekeeping is a little different here too I used to work housekeeping and if guests were checking out that day we were to not bother them until after checkout time but they came a few times early around 8/9 am and would wake us up knocking and before we could even get to answer them they would just open the door and I was getting dressed after a shower right when they opened the door so good thing I had the door stopper latch closed or they would have gotten an eye full but good stay still
Just a place to sleepPosted Feb 24, 2017 on Hotels
This side of town is dicey at best and far from everything else. We wanted to stay at the Hampton on Eagleridge but ended up here by accident. I will pay better attention to where I am booking next time. The hotel staff here is not very friendly, the pool is a mess and the hotel is not as clean as the Hampton Inn on Eagleridge. I will definitely be staying at the Eagleridge location in the future.

False fire alarmPosted Feb 20, 2017
No sleep due to a false fire alarm. Everything else was outstanding. But ultimately I am un happy because I paid for 2 rooms for my family and specifically purchased my room separate for the simple fact I'm need uninterrupted rest. And I did not get it! Everything else was great. Employeres couldn't be any better. If Hampton inn would step up and make things right I will continue to do buisiness with them. Gift card, free night, credit...... something other than a falsehood alarm ruining my rest! Hampton inn has my entire family's business and we want to keep it that way! I understand safety and the need for the alarm but 6am test? Come on I just drove 16 hours straight! I needed my rest! I'm in town for the next few weeks looking to purchase property and will be living in a hotel for awhile. I wanted to be in Hampton inn, not days inn!! " H.B.O" help a brother out!

Nice placePosted Nov 28, 2016 on Orbitz
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I do have a complaint. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed. Every time I sat on the bed to get in, the corner would pop off. I tried multiple times to get the corner pulled down enough for the sheet to stay, but was not able to. Since I was by myself, I finally moved into the middle of the bed, and scrunched down far enough on the bed that I couldn't feel the huge wrinkles made because the bottom sheet wouldn't stay in place.

Location: Gagliano's Italian bakery was phenomenal! B street cafe, Rosarios, the river walk, union antique store. We'll visit all of these places again!
Clean, comfortable, and soooo spacious!! We were in a queen suite and actually high fived each other when we walked in and saw the room. The only real problem was the pool and hot tub were gross! The pool water smelled bad, was dirty and was cold. The hot tub was also dirty, but was warm. The jets didn't work. If a pool doesn't matter to you (it did to us), this is a great find!!
